This awesome plumbing company quickly bailed me out of a sewer system jam when I was pressed for time and completed the job at a very fair price! The owner, dispatching, management and service personnel are top-notch professionals and pleasant to work with! If you’re in need of plumbing services, I highly recommend this company!

I very rarely write reviews but this one is warranted. I hired Hollowell plumbing to do the work for a new construction home. At first everything was going great! Unfortunately once work started I was treated with constant delays and consistently told what I wanted to hear. In total Hollowell Plumbing delayed my project by about 2 months. After completion there was a water pressure issue with a tub filler and I called for them to go take a look because the work is under warranty. They sent a technician who was not able to identify the problem and said the recirculation pump was not hooked up and that could be the problem. We hooked it up to no resolve and called them to again come out. They came out and still did not fix the issue and claimed it was a water quality issue. They then had the audacity to charge $135 me for a service call even though they never fixed the issue and it was under warranty. The office Manager got hostile on the phone with me when I tried to explain the work was under warranty and then they proceeded to try to put a lien on the house over a $135 invoice for work that was under warranty. The hostile worker claimed they warned me about the charge but definitely did not.I hired a different plumber who was able to fix the issue in 5 minutes. These guys will consistently jack you around and cause you headaches. I don’t know what happened but over the course of my experience the quality of service and customer care greatly diminished.I highly recommend you look elsewhere because these people are not it.

My widowed mother had these guys come out and clear out a clogged drain. After like only 15 minutes of work, they said it was good to go and charged her close to $300. The next day it was clogged again. They don’t “guarantee their work” though so she had to wait ANOTHER week before they could come back out and discover they missed not one, but TWO clumps of roots the week before. They then charged her another $300 despite them having missed it the first time. I understand someone could have faulty pipes, but if YOU miss something the first time, YOU should have to take care of it. If you had to come out a 3rd time, I’d understand the extra charge more than just coming out a second time because your tech screwed up. 1/10 would NOT recommend these guys. I’m told the office staff also got rude when my mom tried to question the fact she’d be charged twice for their mistake. Don’t use these cheapskate thieves. Not a worthwhile company. Just find someone local that may be a bit higher but does quality work and actually cares.

Hollowell Plumbing is my number one go-to plumber in the OKC area. They were referred to me by a close friend about eleven years ago, and since then, they have done a wonderful job for me and my family, our rental properties, and my clients. When I'm handling a real estate contract that requires plumbing repairs be completed before closing, I can always count on them to resolve problems quickly and keep me informed. Shoutout to Kelly The Great One who is always so cheerful and friendly when I call the office! Chrissy though... I don't know about that one...😜 Just kidding! You're the best, Chrissy! Love you too!

Fantastic company to work with. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and will always look for the most affordable solution. If they run into to problems that may result in more cost, they will visit with you first rather than do it and give you a big surprising invoice. They have also show up when they said they will. I highly recommend Hollowell Plumbing! They will be my go to for all plumbing services in the future.

They attempted to charge me for hours of work which they did not perform. I know this because my husband happened to be at the home assisting them when they were there. Our house was a new build, so they may do this to people a lot without anyone knowing it. When we explained that they were not there for the amount of time which they were trying to charge, they said they still weren't changing their invoice. We also had trouble with them showing up when they said they would. Many times, we were told that they would be there, but no one showed up. One of the plumbers actually went on vacation during our job (which we found out from him they day that he was leaving our house), and he said someone would be out the next day. No one even called or showed up until the next week. It took almost an entire month for them to finish the final plumbing duties. They didn't actually finish installing the cooktop because the guy said that he didn't have tools for the LP conversion. So, that tells me that they never even tested it. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I do NOT recommend using them.

We had Hull Plumbing come out first to give us a quote on a whole house re-plumbing and the house is tiny, and all the pipes are centrally located. They wanted $9,100.00 and said we would have to buy all new fixtures through them. Then the plumber said he would drop to $7,500.00 if we said yes. If we wanted to replace the main waterline outside it would be an additional $3-5K. That is about $12-14K job. We told him we will think about it and he went on his merry way. Our son recommended his plumber, Hallowell Plumbing. So, we called them, they sent a plumber out to give us an estimate. Total Re-plumbing inside and outside was $2,300.00. Heck yes!!! They got our approval from their bid. They didn’t try to sell us a new kitchen and bathroom upgrade....just plain, pure plumbing. Jacob A and Jacob R were our plumbers doing the whole house Re-plumb job. Both of them very professional, and kept us informed as the process went on. They noticed the old shower/tub main was leaking and clogged up. They installed a new one after I made a fast run to get the parts. We got the trim back on the next day, and they came out a few days later to finish the job. If you want a good job done, request these two for the work. Two very pleasant young men. The office staff were kind and professional as well. Great customer service indeed.

I will recommend this company to anyone I know needing a plumber! From the office staff to the technicians that came to my house! Friendly, professional and very affordable! They were very responsive and were able to come quickly, unlike other companies I called. Thank you Leland, Andrew, Kelly, and the other lady I spoke to in the office (didn't get her name)! Fantastic job!
