I had a gas stove top installed. McConnell Plumbing was very prompt and courteous. The technicians name was Caleb and he was very professional and friendly! He was very conscious about his work space and kept everything very clean and neat. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

McConnell's does fantastic work. Not only is their work clean and precise, they leave the work space nicer than they found it. They're courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable asking me questions I'd never have thought to consider but grateful they did. As a woman, I have contractors who have been condescending and disrespectful of my own knowledge, skills, and abilities; these men treated me with dignity and respect, which I really appreciated. In addition, their time spent was methodical and in my interest completing the jobs with efficiency and quality. I would highly recommend and intend to use them again. I’ve had an ongoing problem with a new tankless water heater. After a couple of attempts to fix with other plumbers, it was recommended that I call McConnell Plumbing. Not only did they provide same day service, but they sent Bryce & Collin, which were so professional and courteous! Bryce & Collin dealt with contacting the manufacturer and ultimately fixed the issue. About an hour after the team left, Josh called from the office to make sure everything was still going well with the unit and the hot water. I just can’t say enough good about McConnell Plumbing, Bryce, Collin & Josh. I Highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

We realized near the end of the day we had a significant clogged drain. McConnell’s Plumbing was able to send us a plumber that immediately analyzed the problem and fixed us up quickly. Saved our day!!!! Highly recommended!!

Excellent and efficient repair provided for the outdoor faucet that needed to be replaced due to the freezing temperatures recently. Brian and Collin’s were polite and good at communicating with me.

I wished I had purchased the Insinkerator online for $300.00....much better price than the $569.78 charged. The work was satisfactory and Kaleb and Tim did a good job and were courteous.
