OKC Plumbing Experts

We have personally worked with this company on two different occasions. First when our hot water tank went out. Second when our daughters kitchen pipes burst and had to be replaced not only inside, outside as well (had to dig and replace to main city lines). Both times Chris was quick to come handle our issues with great precision and efficiency.

They didn't do anything to fix my clogged laundry drain. The first excuse was that the home warranty wouldn't allow it. We don't have a home warranty, so the next excuse was his snake was too big to snake the drain. When we didn't buy that he said our drain wasn't up to code and he would charge $500 to bring it up to code. We had another plumber come out and he snaked the drain and cleared it in 10 minutes. I feel like this company just collects service call fees.

Never pay until the job is finished! These guys took my money and ran. They removed my floor and busted up the concrete in order to replace a collapsed drain pipe with PVC and on a Thursday. They came back Monday to finish the job and placed the vanity on top of the new concrete without putting the flooring down underneath it first! They connected all the new plumbing to the sink, caulked the vanity to the wall and left it on top of the concrete with the no flooring underneath. I caught him as he was leaving and asked him if he had forgotten the floor, and the response was "we don't do floors". Also the vanity was not properly caulked or sealed to the cabinet or the wall and the new pipes were leaking! I had to take all the plumbing out that he just installed, pull the vanity back out, and put the floor back myself, and then put the vanity back and connect all the plumbing again and finish the job myself. I worked 8 hours until 1:00 a.m. to complete a job that I paid $3,000 for. I spent 8 hours completing the job I paid for at a time when I was already working around the clock to get my place ready to sell. They are not responding to my calls or texts. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend OKC plumbing experts. I am requesting a partial refund.

Just got off working two consecutive 14 hour days. Woke up ready to go back for more and whoa!!!... Water shouldn't be here in the hallway floor!! Looked but couldn't find anything. So off to get a plumber through my homeowners warranty. They hooked me up with Oklahoma City Plumbing experts. Got me scheduled for four days out, called the office and explained that I couldn't be without water for that long and could I schedule earlier. The lady on the phone explained warranty wouldn't pay for emergency call( read the fine print real close folks!!) I asked if I could pay the extra and she said sure and worked me in the next day, between 2 and 3 PM .Got a text at 1 PM plumber was on his way. Chris showed up, introduced himself and assessed the situation and went to work. Got the problem fixed, explained everything that he needed to do and what he had done. Tidied up where he had worked, collected payment, wished me a happy Thanksgiving and was on his way!! Easy peasy and no more water in the hall!! So, if you want to deal with a company that will value you as a customer, explain everything before they do it, show up when they are supposed to and are conscientious about their work.... this is the place!!!

Had water backflow from the washer drain. Homeowners warranty set us up with OKC Plumbing experts and Braxton was here the next day with the right gear to clear the drains. Friendly and professional service

This is a great plumbing company made up of great people. I'm a Senior and I was having trouble with an outside faucet. At the neighbors house was one of their vans. Dylan Clark came and helped me. He refused to take any $. Great guy!

OKC PLUMBING GUYS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO FIX MY BATHROOM DRAIN, THEY WERE VERY HANDY AND QUICK WITH CLEAN UP...VERY IMPRESSED..I WILL BE CALLING THEM AGAIN FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS..

Chris,Dylan,Cody did a fantastic job Just had wholehouse total overhead water lines in attic ran also had all new fixtures put in ..I have to say very good work.they cleaned up after job very nice. I would highly recommend using them ..Also they showed up on time when they said they would.Chris took the time about 3hours to diagnose the issue first.."Slab leak".Top notch...thanks again..Chad Grier Harrah oklahoma..
