Okie Rooter did a great job and did it quickly. I needed my sewer line replaced, they came out the same day, explained the process to me, and got to work. This was a multi day job but I knew what was happening every step of the way. I was also able to text the office (& who I assume was the company owner) anytime I had a question. This is how small businesses should work.

Remarkable experience. Okie Rooter takes much pride in their work, and they will help you with any questions you have. In my case out here in eastern Noble, they installed an aerobic septic system. Every team member was very nice, and highly knowledgeable. Definitely a fair price. Overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend this company.

They are what you want in a service industry. Answered my call, showed up when they said, Answered my questions, gave me options and explained the positive and negative possibilities and outcomes. Additional issues did arise, and they brought me into the decision process. Above all the fixed the issue.

This company really cares about their customer. I have a kitchen sink that was installed in a way that makes it super difficult to replace. I called Okie Rooter to have someone come out and give me a quote to replace/talk about it if was possible to put a new sink in. They came out to the house within hours and were very thorough in explaining the process, how they think that it would go, etc. We didn’t move forward with replacing our sink at the moment due to logistics and other projects we have going on in our home, but my husband and I both agreed that we will definitely be using this company in the future when we do decide to move forward with replacing the sink. Great customer service and very honest company.

I choose Okie Rooter & Plumbing based on tgoogle reviews when searching for a plumber to work on my mother's house. John came out this past Saturday (7/6/24) to work on my plumbing needs and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and overall friendly demeanor as he was able to access the numerous issues I had and came up with viable solutions. The duration of the service was 3-4 hours but John didn't complain once and provided top notch service. I have further plumbing needs for this house and I will be using Okie Rooter & Plumbing again in the near future when I am ready to schedule again. I HIGHLY recommend this particular company for your plumbing needs.
