Steve and Malcom were great. They came out in the severe winter weather to take care of our sink issue. They stayed to make sure everything was running properly, and as always they cleaned up after themselves. I have used them 3 times now for different items and they have been great every time. Definitely will use again if needed.

Plumbing Masters provided the plumbing service I needed (in short order) to replace shower fixtures during a tile replacement on the walls around the periphery of a bathtub allowing completion of tiling work, and it looked good. They even called afterward to check if I was satisfied! Turns out the tile installer had trouble making the spout seat squarely. So I asked Plumbing Masters back for help and they responded the same day and fixed it. Thanks Jesse.

I had a slab leak on a Friday morning, rushed back home from work. Plumbing masters was not only very close by, but also open around 8am when I called. I am not familiar with the plumbing industry, but for me the slab leak and fixing it was very costly, although I'm sure it could have been worse. I can't remember their names, but the two young men who worked their butts off at my house from 9/10am until the sun went down, were very polite, personable, and showed genuine concern for my situation. The young men were very meticulous about cleaning up after themselves when the job was finished. Their supervisor, Damon, showed up to assess my plumbing situation and was also just overall an outstanding guy. I called back two days later, concerned with my plumbing again, and Damon found time to come back and check on me. I am blown away by how well I've been treated by this company, from Beatrice on the phone to Damon checking on me to the two young men who spent all day to fix my slab leak. I'm very thankful to have found this company, and I wish these people and their families all the best.

I met Plumbing Masters owners, Damon and Beatrice, at a networking event. After servicing my business all I can say is WOW. Damon came to inspect our grease interceptor and was able to determine that it just needed to be serviced instead of replaced like the OTHER plumbing company said needed. Highly recommend!! Had all my toilets and showers backing up and Plumbing Masters came out within an hour of me calling them. I don't remember the plumber's name that came out but he was very nice and professional and fixed the problem quickly. Prices are reasonable even after having to pay an extra fee for them coming out on a weekend for an emergency visit. If you have a problem, call this place for sure!!

Plumbing Masters showed up at the appointed time, their staff were very efficient and courteous. They were also very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the work and they were very affordable, it is always very scary when you learn that you have a broken pipe and a leak in winter.
