The two service guys that came out we so very nice and knowledgeable in their areas. I appreciate the fact that they were here within 30 minutes of our call to your office. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs and recommend them to others. ⭐️

Dillon B did a great job with our septic tank pumping today. Despite the strong, cold winds and issues with accessing the tank (cement cap was hard sealed; had to break it), Dillon remained very polite and professional. We will be installing a riser cap next week to ensure there are no issues going forward.

We had a plumbing issue at our business. We called the plumber who we have been using for 7 years. He charged us almost 500.00 and declared the problem resolved. We opened the next day assuming it would be business as usual only to discover he had not resolved the issue and instead every drain and toilet in our building was now overflowing. This caused us to have to close business on one of the busiest days of the year and lose revenue we were depending on. I called the original plumber assuming they would rectify the problem and instead they showed up and said they could resolve the problem for an additional 600.00!!! Imagine how upsetting that was to hear when they had just been there the day before and not resolved the issue. I called Roto Rooter, explained my situation, and they sent someone right over. Skyler was professional, compassionate and thorough. He went through the clean out, cleared the line, and apologized for having to charge time and a half because it was a Sunday. You may wonder what the cost was for this prompt efficient service on a Sunday……422.00. 422.00 which I gladly paid with a grateful heart. I will call them for any plumbing issue I may have in the future and I highly recommend you do as well.

Bobby was fast polite and professional. He explained everything so we understood exactly what needed to be done. He was upfront with the price it was going to be aswell time would take. It was a pleasure to have Bobby in our home. It's very nice to feel like your getting a fair deal on something you need done. Thank you Bobby very much.

Kole came out today and did a fantastic job. He patiently explained his process and then diagnosis, after scoping the camera through our line. He made sure to walk me through all of the "nuts and bolts" of the issues. Very professional and kind. And, their response time was immediate. Would definitely recommend!

Jody was a great listener and provided great perspective during his visit. He shared helpful insight and was able to suggest various options to consider regarding drain pipe solutions. He was able to get the standing water flowing out from my washer drain as well! Thank you, Jody!

(Invoice #1783356) They got it done, but it took WAY longer than it should have. I called them out Friday for a leak I had out in the back yard. The dude dug in the spot the water was coming up, but couldn't find the leak. He had to reschedule for Monday because he had to get some equipment from the warehouse and it was closed for the night. Monday rolls around, and I call at noon after not hearing from anyone. They forgot to put me on the board and the day was filled already. So it pushed back to Tuesday. Tuesday comes, and the dude starts going through some troubleshooting to find the leak. That led to a hole being cut in my wall, and one in my floor. Couldn't locate what he was after. I called a buddy and filled him in on everything and he said something was fishy. He came over while they were out to lunch. He dug down into the hole from Friday. Like maybe another 5-6 inches, and he found the leak. They started patching that, but didn't finish, same thing, needed something from the warehouse. They came back Wednesday and finished it, as well as 3 more leaks that they found. After complaining to the supervisor, and being charged only half-time, it was still $3000. 100% will not go to them for any other plumbing issues, and I advise everyone else do the same.
