Mr. Kirby was incredibly kind and accommodating. My request was unorthodox and he was still able to deliver, standing on his word. My dad has been a plumber my whole life, and I’ll tell you that they’re not all to the same standard. There are many choices out there and this is a solid option. We had our hot water tank go out on a Tuesday morning and called them that afternoon. Got an estimate of what everything would cost and they showed up Wednesday morning at 8:15am to replace our hot water tank. Fast, friendly, affordable service. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Tyler DeGraw in the Ada area was our service guy and he did an great job.

Very kind people. But they don’t tell you they charge per plumber and they don’t tell you that some of the plumbers cost more than the others. So a 1 hr job for 100 is more due to how many people they send out. They don’t guarantee the work they do cause they changed plumbing in my shower and the Water pressure is now low and when I had them come back out to look at the job they JUST DID, they charged me another 100 and told me there was nothing to be done for the pressure. I’m sure other people had wonderful experiences but I did not. The worse part is I used them because a friend told me how fair and good they were. Just ask all the fees, they’re guarantee an itemized receipt before getting the job done. That was my mistake. I was never given an itemized receipt even after asked.

I hired this company to do extensive plumbing repairs that included replacing all incoming pipes underneath my 94 year old house. They also replaced indoor fixtures. The work was very highly-skilled professional, is prompt, kind and with excellent attitude. Tyler is the plumber who I worked with. He is very kind natured, very knowledgeable, never seems to rush the job which was a problem in the past with other plumbers. I would highly recommend Zion Services, LLC for your plumbing needs.
