The plumbers were on site at our house the same day. They were very easy to work with and very nice. They dug a hole by the water meter and they located the leak very quickly. Once we got the part that was needed they quickly repaired the pipe and tested it and everything was back to normal. They did a great job. They fixed it for a lot less than cost than we expected. Again the guys were very polite and respectful. We would recommend them to anyone of our friends or family.

Jose correctly assessed the problem with the leaking toilet and replaced it as well as replacing the flange where the toilet attached to the floor. He also cleaned out the line and found handfuls of wet wipes which were causing a slow drain. Excellent work and communication. Would recommend you ask for Jose.

They took advantage my brother and I, senior citizens. They over charge and price gouge. $50 for a $13 vent. $150 in labor for 10 minutes of work. The bath room is stall cold. We initially called them to install a 2 tone furnace. I don’t thinks it is 2 tones. Alert advised us to NOT call The City to come and inspect. Their explanation seems SUSPICIOUS. I advise all seniors to NOT call them for ANY THING!!! Sandra Trent

I recently had Alert Plumbing work on my lateral lines and replace a clean-out with new construction. They were super timely and followed up without any cost to me when I called about a blockage. Guy and Brian came out today to look at my tankless water heater. First thing, we called and they came out the next day, which was great. I like that they actually listen to you and ask a lot of questions to make sure they understood the issue before tearing into the unit. They found the problem (stuck valve) ordered the part and will be back next Tuesday to replace it. Highly recommend this company

Alfredo and Isaias were very knowledgeable, friendly and transparent. I felt that their service was thorough and was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. They were also quick to show me any other potential issues using either pictures or video footage. This type of transparency is great in a plumbing service as it leaves you knowing that the job was done well and correctly. I would definitely suggest reaching out to Alert.👍

It’s never fun when you hear water in the walls. Had to call Alert Plumbing on a weekend. That’s not fun either. What I will say is there technician was kind, thoughtful, hard-working and did a great job for us. It turned out to be a huge job, but I was there with him and saw that he was correct in his assessment of the problem. And after further digging around, he definitely was. We’ll never have to worry about our pipes freezing again. They did a great job and even though it cost us an arm and a leg My husband and I are both grateful Kevin, was great. And his helper the next day was very nice as well.

Both Guy & Joe were wonderful with repairing my father's water heater. They were quick and efficient with their work, they were very helpful with answering any questions we had and getting the part we needed replaced quickly and finishing the job the same day which was wonderful.
