We had the pleasure of having Rick as our technician. The job presented obstacles that could’ve cost a lot of money, but he took the time and put in the effort to avoid that outcome and we couldn’t be more pleased. He even happily answered a few plumbing questions for me at the end. We will definitely use Rick with Duvall again :) Thanks, Rick!

Had the pleasure of meeting Erick Muñoz, who went above and beyond to help take care of some plumbing issues we had in a main bathroom. He was doing a 2 man job and addressed concerns and questions with absolute patience and professionalism. I will absolutely be doing business with this company again. 10/10 service. Thank you!

Huff with Duvall did an amazing job! He came pretty quick and stayed late and didn’t cut any corners. If we have another job, I’ll call specifically hire Huff to come back. Thanks good man!

Have a 1/2 pipe joint that needed to be soldered. I removed the drywall with pipe exposed. Sent a pick and they wanted $350 for easy fix?! Really frustrating since Ive been w/o for 4 days. He either didnt want to come or was taking advantage of our hardship.(tried to use some rubber and clamps for a temp fix).

Rick is the kindest and most professional plumber I've ever met! Not only did he take care of our issue quickly and efficiently, but he also offered to check the entire house and allow us to fix plumbing issues as we can afford to over time. As new first time home buyers with several leaks and plumbing concerns, this was excellent news and even better service! I will only hire Duvall from here on out, and hope to get Rick each time!!

Duvall kept me posted on my Serviceman's (Rick) progress during the time frame they provided. When Rick got delayed on a project that took longer than anticipated, Duvall did a work around to get Rick out to provide service to me in a time frame that worked for me. Rick was professional and friendly and did a great job on replacing my dead garbage disposal and providing an estimate on another project of mine. I have used Duvall several times and have a above average experience each time.

I always dread calling any kind of service to my home because I usually feel like they are trying to sell me something or I just get the feeling they are dishonest. I called Duvall to schedule an appointment and received a return call very quickly. Hunter Huff showed up right on time for the appointment. He was very friendly and professional. There was a miscommunication about the exact service I requested, but that could have been my fault. He called his office and quickly made an adjustment to his schedule. Hunter was here for at least two hours. Throughout that time he communicated exactly what was going on and answered any questions we had. He represented Duvall well. We did not have a regular plumber that we would call when we needed something but we do now. In fact, we will likely switch to Duvall for our heating and air needs as well.
