Outstanding experience. Andrew M was our technician. Easily the best bedside manner and engaging persona of any field service professional. Instant rapport built. Juan S was our plumber. Fantastic ability to convey complex information to an arguably ignorant audience. Took the time to explain thoughtfully - worked performed was quick & tidy. Jake, his helper, was incredibly thoughtful & considerate to our home. Overall truly great experience. In a world of many untrustworthy service companies, these folks really stand out. We had a wonderful experience with Half Moon Plumbing! Andrew was so helpful, polite and courteous. He explained the job to be done and how it would be accomplished. He answered all the questions we had. The crew (Stephen, Juan and Beau) arrived promptly and worked hard all day and into the evening to complete the total re-piping of our home. They used photos to show us what was going on under the house and communicated by phone with each other in order to work efficiently in different areas of the house. They were always pleasant and took the time to explain everything. When we had another leak show up in the main line, Juan showed us a video so we could understand what needed to be done. He even came back on his day off to complete the work. We are very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing.

Wow is all I can say. They continue to impress me with their professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and fairness. I signed up on their monthly plan (which is great!) so Nicolas came out to perform the yearly maintenance. He was upfront and explained everything he was doing. Later that day I unfortunately had a plumbing issue. I called after hours and Sam called me back right away. We discussed the issue and since it was not an emergency, he was going to call with some information this morning, which he did. This afternoon, Nicolas and Bo came out, spent some time, found the problem and fixed it. Both were amazing. You could tell they worked well together, enjoyed their job, didn't waste time, were not at all put out for coming back which in today's society, I don't see that very often. Thank you Hslf Moon plumbing for taking care of me and your commitment for high quality customer service and technicians!

We’ve had Half Moon come out for 2 separate jobs now. Both times, their service guys were friendly and professional. Andrew and Evan came most recently and shared the work for the repair. With additional communication, Half Moon made sure to leave our property better than they found it and quickly sorted through the additional repairs needed that came along with the original plumbing issue. Happy to use their service again.

I called Half Moon Plumbing because of Mike Collier. Knowing him as a meteorologist and the commercials about this company. From the beginning of making an appointment extending through work done at my home everyone has been very personable, honest, very knowledgeable about the issues going on. With utmost integrity and respect. All of this and more describes Hudson Shaffer. Because of him I will highly 100% recommend Half Moon Plumbing.

Jackson called me the morning he was to come check the plumbing and immediately, I felt at ease. He was very kind and eager to get my water back on. He talked through everything with me so that I understood what was needed and was very knowledgeable in his work. I gave him a little backstory on some issues I had in 2021 and he listened with an attentive ear, giving me a line to other resources. I was truly blessed by this young man. His desire to put his client's needs first definitely showed. I was highly impressed with Jackson and would recommend him and Half Moon Plumbing to all. Thank u, Jackson for being amazing!

I can’t say enough great things about Half Moon Plumbing. We have used them at least three times over the past 2 and a half years, and they have solved all of our issues every single time. This past visit in particular was really awesome. Andrew came and assessed our issue. He was knowledgeable, kind and efficient, and was clear and honest with us about our issue and options. He equipped us with the information we needed to make a decision and got us scheduled for an appointment to resolve our problem. Juan and Nate then came to do the work. Juan was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. You would never know they were even there (much less had to pull up a cabinet floor, jackhammer the concrete beneath and completely replace a lead pipe). I am so grateful for Juan, and the Half Moon Plumbing team in general. They have been there for us time and time again - I will never use anyone else!

Nic W did a fantastic job helping us. He diagnosed our issues quickly and efficiently and communicated those things well. He was a joy to meet and have at our property. Would recommend these guys for sure!
