Brooke came and replaced my broken kitchen faucet. She was there within a couple hours of when I called to schedule service, was upfront about expected cost, explained what she was doing and why, and made sure everything worked to my satisfaction before calling the job done. All the while working quickly and efficiently so the job stayed on the lower end of estimated time. So happy to have running water in the kitchen again!

Made an appointment online, for the next day, for a clogged drain. The office later called and said they had a cancellation and was able to get me in the same day. Mo showed up, was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. She let me know what to expect and took care of business. Very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend.

Roto-Rooter replied quickly to my faucet issues. Within the hour, the technician Jordan was here & immediately started the job. He kindly answered all of our questions & concerns. We will be using this service again! Thank you Roto-Rooter
