Came back from vacation to a busted water line, sent an after hours message asking for a callback and they called me first thing in the morning and were able to get me scheduled the same day. Jake came out and took a look at the damage and was able to determine I had 2 damaged lines but he was able to get them fixed in a couple of hours. He was super professional, nice and knowledgeable. I was thinking it would be a couple of day ordeal but he was able to get us squared away in no time. I am super grateful and happy with the service I got from TPAR. I love supporting local businesses so I am really happy we had such a great experience with them! I will definitely be recommending them and using them for any future work we might need.

Quick call back, clear schedule expectation settings, wonderful craftsmanship, and just an overall pleasant experience. Madison at the office was a delight and bent over backwards to help us out when needed, and Jake who worked the service call was just as knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional a person you could possibly meet. I don't know how the culture of consistency and great service is being maintained here, but whatever you are doing -- keep it up!

Very pleased with their work! They were able to quote a good ballpark price point over the phone for both my outdoor faucet replacement and tankless water heater flush. The prices remained in that ballpark as well. They offered to place an access panel as well for me in the space they needed to cut out to get to the faucet. Very thoughtful and thorough. Thank you!

Danny came out Friday evening and was very knowledgeable and helped us locate a slab leak. He and Justin returned Monday and worked to help us get a plan in place to replace all of our underground plumbing and reroute it all. They were able to get us up and running in no time. They both were very quick,cleaned up after themselves and very pleasant while explaining all the stuff they were doing. Great company!!!!

I've never had workers in my home that were so considerate! They put on booties before stepping foot in my house! They were very polite and thorough. They watched for an opportunity to go above and beyond with a little fix (just here to bid a job) and education. They were also VERY communicative! I highly appreciate that trait in a service company!
