If I could give zero stars I would. I hired him for our commercial building. I caught him in lie after lie, he never finished the job, left his tools behind for two weeks, pushed the job back and cost us money and now I’m having to pay Petersen Plumbing thousands to fix his work because his plumbing failed and flooded our business with inches of standing water, we had to cancel all of our appointments and won’t be able to operate for days. Do not hire this company!! I’m taking him to small claims court to hold him responsible for the damages, lost wages and having to hire a different company to fix his work. Praying I don’t get in trouble with my property manager or the city over this!!!! Update: just found out this morning that he never paid for any permits at all and did all of the work unpermitted!! I’m now dealing with code compliance and the city. New update: found out he illegally plumbed our drainage to the storm city drain (which is VERY illegal) and didn’t properly vent our space so we’ve been getting sewer gases releasing into our space, which explains why we were having a fly issue. Do yourself a favor and never work with this company or anyone Michael Slone works for.

I highly recommend Hydrotech Plumbing! Mike responded quickly to my query, reviewed the problem with my husband and completed the drain repair in a timely fashion. This is my primary plumbing company since they installed plumbing for a new bathroom for us last summer when everyone else took forever or did not respond to our inquiries. Mike did a great job and worked around our construction schedule well.

Very unprofessional He installed a shower and his original price increased and yes I paid But Michael never installed the drain on this shower and it leaked into a crawl space and I had to hire another plumbing contractor to finish his job No one should hire this contractor He will no guarantee any of his plumbing or call back to make more appointments to fix his stupid plumbing mistakes A very poor quality plumbing contractor. Buyer beware

Prompt. Professional. Courteous. And they do excellent work. I don’t call someone if I can do the job myself but I didn’t trust my skills to install the new tub/shower faucets. They took care of it for me and I am so grateful. 15/10 would recommend!

I have hired Mike on a few jobs. When he started, he was fantastic! Then he started jobs and never finished. He held up remodel jobs, and I ended up hiring other plumbers to finish the jobs he had already been paid out for. He will not return calls or text. So I have to say the only options I have left is to make a formal complaint with the ccb board. I would recommend hiring someone more reputable. I posted this a few months back, and today, I have an additional comment to add. This company went to a local owed hardware store, and knowing he was not on our account at all, he talked his way into charging around $1500 to our company account with no communication to us at all. We had to report this to the police. It's the dishonest that makes the honest have to work harder.

The owner Mr Sloan attempted to use my companies charge account and charged 1500.00. He tried to say it was a mistake and meant to put it on his account, he doesn't have a charge account with Jerry's home improvement. If you use him be careful.

I hired Michael to help convert our bathroom P-trap to allow a new wall mounted vanity to work with it. We needed this done before contractors started tiling the floor. He said he was available same day and was in the area. He did not install the vanity correctly and we ended up needing to hire someone’s else to fix it. He overcharged us for work he did not do then lied when confronted with it. He then promised to come back and fix it but cancelled on us 2 times. He was combative, defensive and very dishonest.

It has come to our attention that this business Hydrotech Plumbing is out there doing extremely shoddy plumbing and because their name is so close to ours Barnes Hightech Plumbing, some people are thinking that we are the ones doing it!! We are in NO way associated with this company, our plumbers know how to do plumbing the correct way!!
