Northwest Natural had an issue with the end of the meter connection, the owner and the guys came out the next day and fixed it. It's nice to see a company follow through, I'm looking at you Northwest Natural?. Thank you Alpha for your quick and professional service.

OMG, a high five to the owners and operators of this company! We had an emergency at home. They were working a site when we called, and they actually made it over within minutes! This was an embarrassing situation for me. Nevertheless, Alpha made us all laugh. They were super professional, fun, and they got the job DONE! We had an issue with the main water line in the front yard. Alpha was the first call my husband made. This being our first big issue and expense in home ownership we hadn't been in this position before. The office staff was knowledgable in the first steps and the owner was incredibly helpful in guiding us through what to do right away, including assistance in getting the water shut off. They worked us into the schedule and the guys had us back up and running within 24 hours. The guys that came were efficient and friendly. Made sure I knew what had happened with the pipe and fixed the problem! I would recommend Alpha to everyone including my mother (which I have! ).

Recently one of the senior techs at Alpha Plumbing replaced a gas water heater at our house with very minimal interruption. The repair estimate was in line with our expectations and the tech was very friendly and great to work with. I'd highly recommend reaching out to the team at Alpha as they have years of experience working in the plumbing industry here in Lane County.

Alpha Plumbing came to our aid in restoring a water-damaged kitchen. While their job was fairly simple–reconnect the plumbing–Jeff (the owner, who came to do the job) wasn't satisfied with how things were laid out and explained his concerns. He also replaced all the prior pipes with new and tested everything thoroughly before leaving. I plan to come back to Alpha later to replace my ailing water heater. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend these guys. We had a blockage in our main waste line and we were quoted less then 1/2 of the other companies. They came out quickly, got the job done and Rodger was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything he was doing and why. They will definitely be my go to plumbing company for any future work.

After a bit of a “bumpy” start, that I later learned was partly my fault for not understanding how OR regulations work for plumbers, Jeff took the time to make everything right and called to be sure he got my feedback and ensured I was happy.
