Bennett's Drain Savers - Septic & Rooter Service

Second time I had Bennett's Drain savers clean out my septic tank and has always done a great job cleaning and inspecting my septic tank at a reasonable price. He is busy very though most of the time and you will need to give him about a two week notice / wait time before he gets to you on his list.

My husband text them and got an immediate response. After some back and forth info about the septic issue we're dealing with, Bennett's wasn't able to get out to us today. HOWEVER they could have left it with that. Instead they let us know in a lengthy text, a couple tips and things to look out for with the company that does come by today. Things we wouldn't have known anything about otherwise. Then wished us luck. Not even earning money, they still chose to take time out of their day to help us out and make sure our issue is dealt with thoroughly by whichever company comes by. Definitely great customer service, knowledgeable, and just a straight up trustworthy business of integrity. I will choose to do business with Bennett's going forward whenever we are able to. Just from a quick little text interaction alone. It really is the little things haha. Thank you!!!

I used this company and not only were they late twice but there is a big hole in my driveway that they didnt fill back in. they just put 2x4 wood over the holes and called it good. I mean if your gonna dig a big hole in my driveway, at least be professional about it and fill in the HOLE YOU MADE. you made the mess, got paid but didnt clean your mess up (of course)... It would be a shame if I fell in the hole that YOU made and I got injured. My lawyer would LOVE that. BBB has been contacted with pictures... Good thing you dont have a fb because I got photos to share of bad work.
