The quick story is that we got a quick response and excellent advice that fixed our issue. The longer story is we have an aging system and our fan wasn't circulating the air. We were given the choice between a factory fan or the less expensive version. We've replaced the fan before through another Co. and we were happy this time around to get the low down on the reliability of the various options. The tech was really informative about our system and not pitching a complete replacement, but gave us some great advise about the future servicing of our equipment as well as replacement options and availability. Great experience.

My home’s HVAC gas-heat wasn’t functioning. They fixed it within 2 days, the only delay was due to ordering a part. Excellent prompt service, with courteous and efficient serviceman.
