Ben and the other two guys did a great job replacing the sewer line under my garage. They were professional and got me back up and running pretty quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves i would definitely recommend.

PPR was recommended from close friends. I called them at 9am today for two separate drain issues and Ben was available within the hour and had both fixed quickly! Very professional and friendly service. He was knowledgeable in other areas of our home we are working on too, so it was nice to chat with him. Highly recommend!

Tanner/Conner did amazing work for us. They worked harder and longer and figured out problems that were very complex with our well and system. Not only were they excellent at the work they're also really friendly and kind people. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for high quality well, and plumbing work. I'm sure we'll need more well work in the future and we will always call them. We trust them completely.

I was doing laundry and came out and my garage was flooded. I called PPR after hours and immediately got a call from the on call tech Hunter saying he would be on his way in the next 15 minutes. He arrived quicker than he said and after diagnosing found it was further into my line than I thought. He was quick, clean and thorough. I cannot recommend them or Hunter more. Thank you! Our whole house was plugged up. They were super responsive, got someone scheduled right away. Tanner did a great job, was efficient, and very respectful to our home. I am immensely pleased with the service provided here, and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you PPR!

Christian and his team are excellent technicians!! They’ve been out to my rental several times since moving in 6 months ago as previous tenants failed to report ongoing issues. PPR has been nothing but professional, timely, communicative, and friendly. They do not make me feel dumb (even though I really don’t know what is going on lol). I feel safe welcoming this team into my home, especially as a woman working from home alone most days. Thank you for giving me back hot showers and unfolded garages!! 10/10

I highly recommend Pacific plumbing and router. The technician they sent, Christian, provided excellent service. He was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain to me the causes of the damage to my pipes, and how to prevent it in the future. He fixed the broken pipe in a timely manner and was exceptionally pleasant to deal with. Five stars all the way around.

Had my hall closet electric water heater give out after 20 years. Jed from Pacific Plumbing came out and took out our old water heater, brought and installed a new model with a larger tank (40gal up to a 50gal). Jed did a great job! Was prompt professional and polite. Very clear communication about what work was being done and the pricing for said work. I would call Pacific Plumbing for work again.
