Doug was great. He was punctual, efficient and kind. He provided me with 3 different options after his assessment, and was able to get all the work done in the same day. He was also very understanding of my super loud and obnoxious small dogs. Would definitely recommend.

They were able to help me successfully compete a difficult shower replacement. I’m addition to installing new shower valve, they also help reorganize water pipes to free up some important interior wall space so that I could add in a new stud. Great work Jason! They also came back to help make a minor adjustment to the install without giving me any pushback. Solid, professional work, and well organized and coordinated!

Montana is super friendly, professional, and competent. He had installed a water heater back in November 2024, and I thought I had smelled a faint gas leak recently. He followed up on my concern the same day that I had made a call to Reynolds. He did a thorough test, and confirmed that there was no leak. I felt bad for being overly cautious, and having him come out to check. He assured me that it was no problem, and was extremely awesome about it. I'm hugely grateful for the excellent service by Montana, and Reynolds overall.

The Reynolds team did an excellent job installing an EV charger. I wish that I had understood the way their billing worked better. At the time they presented the cost, I wish I had slowed down the process to get a second quote. It cost me $3000 to install a charger. Work was done in a half day.I assumed I would be paying time and materials. I gave approval for this, but with hindsight, I wish I would have paid the $170(/?) for the house visit and found a less expensive installation.

Kevin Pierce does excellent work: Prompt, efficient, experienced, and eager to share knowledge about what we as homeowners can do to improve any and all drainage issues at our home. He went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a standard evaluative service call. I highly recommend having Kevin visit you from Reynold’s for your service call!
