Jose was amazing! Courteous, friendly and quick! Cleaned up our mess and fixed our issue in minutes! Highly recommend. And they came so quickly. Will always call Roto Rooter in the future for all of our plumbing needs!!

The tec that we got was amazing. First off he showed up on a Sunday. He was able to unclog the sewer line from outside without removing my toilet, found my issue in a timely manner and was extremely professional. If anything happens in the future I will definitely be calling him personally.

Roto-Rooter is completely amazing. Super responsive and fast, professional. When we had our bid for restoration come out. They were really impressed with the mitigation process and how thorough their work was, which made me feel more confident in an unfortunate situation with a huige water leak under our house that caused quite a bit of water damage. They checked up on the dehumidifiers and the process several times through the week and communicated effectively. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

The technician that Roto-Rooter sent was very professional. He was able to come to my house in less than 30 minutes and was able to fix my plumbing issue in an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience with this company I called with my problem and they were able to be there within 15 minutes and fix the problem in two days. I had the opportunity to call the after hours for Roto-Rooter on Friday night about 7:15 PM due to a leak in my mom‘s bathroom. I was greeted by Jason on the phone and told that he would be able to get out the following morning to take a look at the situation. I then got a call from Laura in the office dispatch at 8:30 Saturday morning, letting me know that the technician was scheduled for second call of the day and that I would get another call to let me know when he was on his way. I then received a call from Jason who was this technician scheduled for my mom’s work . Who was on time, did a great job, and was very pleasant. My mom had nothing but rave reviews thank you Roto router for saving the day! Jason and Laura deserve 5 stars for their friendliness, willing to help and get the job done in a timely manner.
