Just horrible. My wife had to call a plumber while I was out of town, unfortunately she chose Tom's plumbing. He charged her $100 for a $15 dollar part and $250 to replace a valve stem. Avoid this person.

Update: After beginning the process of filing a complaint with his licensing board, the owner contacted me and, after I provided extensive informatio about PEX pipe and several more weeks, replaced the PEX pipe with copper at no charge. However, despite numerous requests, he hasn't addressed our other concerns. I have the text messages and voice mails to prove the plumbers weren't waiting for an hour outside our house (and so should not have charged us for that time). And there has been no response to doing work on our sink that wasn't requested--or needed--and leaving it in a broken, unuseable state. Original review: Installed inferior exterior pipe (PEX pipe rather than copper) then claimed it was a superior product. Installed a faucet without approval (and the faucet wasn't broken, the connection to the faucet was) and, in the process, broke the drain connection, which didn't need to be replaced. Arrived an hour late but then claimed they were waiting an hour for us, so charged us for that time. Also charged us $200 over their estimate. When these issues were brought to the owner's attention, he was defensive, rude, and unprofessional -- and completely unwilling to rectify them in any way, claiming his company did a good job.

I was dealing with ever decreasing pressure & flow . Interior faucets , exterior hose bibs . Tom came out and did a complete walk around and made a plan . The next day right on time his very talented crew came over and went to work immediately. There were multiple problems as my home is home is 30 years old . One at a time he solved every single issue in one day . Great personalities, easy to communicate, job done right first try and lastly very fair billing . I would recommend Them to any friend or family member .
