I have used Happy's three times through my warranty. First, they came out and replaced my garbage disposal. They were supposed to also look at my toilets, but the warranty company screwed that up, and didn't put it on the order, so I had to open a new claim, but that's not Happy's issue. The next time was for two toilets that were constantly running (Thanks to cheap toilets installed by out of state developers running off with the money). The plumbers figured out that it was going to be more than an easy fix (they replaced the guts, and they still ran). It was poor and cheap construction in parts that connect the tank and the bowl. This was happening in two of my 3 bathrooms! He told me to be prepared for it in third one (and yes, eventually that started doing it too, and I just put a new and NICE toilet in my master bathroom). The final time was last week, I noticed some small leaking from my water heater the day after Christmas. They were able to get someone out the next day to evaluate the issue. I knew that it would probably not be fixed same day, as it was through the warranty company. People who complain about not getting it fixed day off because of Happy's do not apparently realize that their warranty company has to approve EVERYTHING over $500, so they can only do what is approved. Once the replacement was approved they called to schedule instillation. Came out and put a new water heater in yesterday. All in all, from start to finish, new water heater in a week (that includes a weekend and New Year's holiday). I am am happy with HAPPY'S. I even recommend them to my neighbors.

They got me in same day! I’m not used to this kind of amazing service from warranty but they are excellent. Just wonderful! The serviceman really is happy too. Really great attitude. Great job. Thank you.

Brought them out twice under a home warranty, between happy plumbing and the warranty we got the same help as a good search telling us very little. Service plumbers friendly but missed the simple fix and only pushed for ripping open the walls. I don't want to be too critical but we got little to no help or service. Ok I have to update both our diagnostics from their plumbers advise blowing open the walls to diagnose our true problem. They pushed for the extreme (easy for them) and set us up for what they new would get our home warranty claim denied. At this point my partner and I missed a good handful of work hours and I can't stand our time being knowingly wasted by poor diagnosing and cruddy communications. All in all I ended up having to resolve the issue myself and while I didn't need a new shower cartridge at least the did replace that so I got something ish for the money

Very “happy” with Happy’s Plumbing. Had a home warranty called in and within 3 hours my new garbage disposal was installed. Shout out to Leslie for her outstanding customer service and follow through at the home office.

We have had several issues with the plumbing in our house. Happy’s has been outstanding in every way possible. Communication with the office is great. Their techs, having dealt with several, are all very knowledgeable as well as personable; when they say they will have the issue addressed, it is dealt with as best as I could have wished. We have never been disappointed from the owners to the techs, the are Magnifique!

Always fast, courteous service!

I have used them at least 5 times. Always print and get warranty work done. One time they messed up, they came back and fixed the problem. I am very happy with them
