COMMENT FOR BRAXTON: Another great experience with Sky. This time it was an electrical outlet issue. Braxton diagnosed and completed the work as expected. We discussed some additional options but no hard sell. Thank you for getting the job done and for your patience with my dogs. COMMENT FOR WAYNE. I’m having problems with my furnace so I called Sky Heating for help. The on-site tech service was great! WAYNE was very friendly and professional and explained the possible repair options - with associated costs - which allowed me to make an informed decision about the best repair option within my budget. I’m waiting for parts to finish the repair but I’m hopeful my issue is resolved so my stay-at-home dogs remain cozy. Because isn’t that what it’s all about!

Cody & Julian were both professional, courteous and kind. There was no rushing us through the appointment or trying to get us to purchase services we didn’t need or want. They gave us options and explained them in detail. We really appreciate their professionalism and ability to answer all of our questions! We highly recommend Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing & Electrical. GREAT service and very thorough furnace check. Eric (the technician) was very polite, explained every issue in detail while showing me the where’s and impacts of each issue. He also went over the bill and what was needed, again explaining everything. Eric was very knowledgeable and performed full proper analysis, he left only when a complete job was performed. We felt comfortable with him in our home we highly recommend Eric as a Dky heating professional.

Ryan made the maintenance of our furnace very easy. He was able to around my work meetings and haphazard answers to his questions. I would recommend sky heating and ac and will be having them back out for the ac maintenance

Joe was amazing. He is in training and he took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. I have had several companies out here and no one fixed the problem. It is nice to have heat again. I would recommend Joe for any heating problem that you may have. This is a great company.

I did not want to write this review but I feel compelled to. I understand that businesses have different ways in which they price their services, whether it be flat rate or book rate. I had an estimate done in which I was quoted literally $1,000 to replace a part that is maybe $250 ( after doing my own research). Now even with labor I can't see that being a $1,000 job. I called and asked for an itemized description of said estimate so I could understand their pricing and decide whether or not I wanted to move forward but I was told that they would not offer me that information as they go by a flat rate etc. They would not even tell me what parts were necessary etc to justify the cost, just one total price. Just seems kind of... I don't know.... Not in good faith. Now I am out the $109 diagnostic fee because I don't think I'm going to move forward with the project making this fee non-refundable, heads up. I did not however have any issues with the employees who came over to do the estimate, " diagnostic." My rating is strictly regarding the lack of transparency and high price estimate.

Cody M was fast and thorough with my AC unit repair. He inspected everything, was extremely knowledgeable, was incredibly clean, and walked me through all of my options for fixing the problem and preventing future issues. I was given detailed photos and all of my questions and concerns were addressed perfectly. It's a relief to know everything was repaired correctly and I now have a dependable company for my AC needs. Fantastic job! Chris C handled a follow up cleaning appointment and did a wonderful job as well. Very friendly and efficient with his work with the same level of care as Cody. Everything is now nice and clean and running smoothly. Thank you!
