I’ve worked with Mr. Rooter Plumbing on several occasions, and each experience has been excellent. This time, technician Ric provided outstanding service—he was professional, friendly, and highly skilled. Ric took the time to thoroughly explain my plumbing issue, the setup of the pipes and faucet, and even provided insight into how homes were built in the ’90s, including the shut-off valves. He offered clear options and alternatives, gave a transparent and reasonable quote, and once I approved it, he completed the work on the spot—quick and hassle-free! No hidden fees, just honest, friendly service. I especially appreciated Ric’s willingness to educate me on the history and function of my home’s plumbing system. My septic was backing up into my basement, they were here within the hour, diagnosed the issue, resolved it quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. My technician Colby was professional, very thorough, informative and friendly. I will definitely contact Mr Rooter again should I encounter an issue in the future.

We called Mr. Rooter to fix an issue with water backing up into the house from the main drain. Blair arrived very quickly. He listened carefully to the background details, and explained the process of finding and clearing the blockage. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, fixed the problem, and left a detailed description on the invoice. Five stars for Blair and Mr. Rooter!

I had a huge problem at my house with a shower that would t drain and an overflowing toilet. Another company came out and told me they couldn’t help because clearly the septic tank needed to be pumped. Even though I told them that the tank had been pumped less than six months ago and was rated in good condition, they would not consider any other reason. So I called Mr Rooter. Mr Chris Moore cam out from them. He clearly understood septic tank Issues and was able to clear out two big clogs and get my system up again. He tested it well before leaving. He was super professional and kind. I am very impressed and grateful fur his work at my house.
