Benchmark Plumbing LLC

Wednesday was the day before thanksgiving. I was supposed to be on the road for vacation at 5:00am, but the night before, the hot water heater was only putting out tepid water. I had used this company once before 2 years ago to snake out a drain. They did great that time too. I checked their website to see their open time was 8:00. I called immediately Wednesday morning at 8:00. They answered on the first ring, checked his schedule and said he would come by to diagnose our situation. Within minutes of their arrival they had determined a few things for us. The lower heating element had rusted out, the circuit breaker for the water heater was mislabeled, and replacing both elements and thermostats would get us the longest lasting results. They are great with pets. Our dog is a bit of a jumper, and they were very courteous. They gave us the rundown on what needed to be done and gave us a few options with pricing. They recommended using American made parts for top quality repairs. They were so very accommodating of our situation and did not charge any type of additional “emergency” fee that I expected during a holiday. Any time I need an emergency plumber, I will be calling Levi and Travis every time. They also sent me pictures of the rusted out parts so I can file a parts warranty with the water heater manufacturer. —— We got back from vacation and had another separate plumbing issue. They came right out and fixed us up within an hour.

Levi and his team were both personable and professional, took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and exceeded my expectations instead of my budget with their work. They were also incredibly courteous of the other workers on the project, and their equipment/transportation all seemed very top notch and well kept. Will absolutely be using them again and recommending their business in the future.

I would like to thank the two young gentlemen that came to my house very professional. Got everything done that I asked. No problems. Good price. I don't have much more to say but outstanding. Thank you guys so much for your workmanship. Five stars.

Levi is always prompt with his return phone calls. He’s trustworthy and fair with his pricing and lets you know what the problem(s) are before you have bigger problem. Love working with him because he’s respectful, neat and clean, hard working and very easy to work with. You’ll not find a better plumber who gets the job done quickly at fair prices…

Levi has done both new installations and repairs for me and always done an excellent job. He offers good options when necessary and I have absolute trust in him.

Really kind and knowledgeable folks. They gave us an information about some potential plumbing issues we may encounter. Instead of scaring us into a huge, expensive project they just said we should start saving and reassured us we can do this project in pieces and not to worry about it now. Most people try and get you with your emotions and have you worry but they put us at ease while also preparing us with some heavy news about our 25 year old plumbing. They were very helpful and professional. We’ll be happy to call them again.

Great folks. I called them about a leak and said I can isolate and it's not an emergency! 30 minutes later I git a text and the owner called and said we will be there in 2 hours. It was 1.5 hours but that's alway cool. These folks are my plumbers now . Ty so much.
