Advanced Leak Detection

I don't think I have enough positive words to use when speaking about Paul (the owner). We had been dealing with a leak that we paid a different locator to find, unfortunately they did not and after digging up our entire garage floor we called Advanced Leak Detection. Paul returned my call and was able to schedule us for the next day. Paul arrived on time and was extremely friendly, seemed very knowledgeable and got to work right away. He explained every step so we could feel at ease. After some time, he was able to locate the leak and explained what our next steps should be. When we dug up the concrete and got to the leak, he was within 6" of where he thought it would be. We were so appreciative of his expertise. We would recommend Paul's company over and over again. What a great guy! Old school, real service! Called in a panic because of a leak that was causing our water meter to spin. Plumber couldn't confirm the location, though he had a hunch. Paul showed up the next day, completely friendly and professional and located the line break. Repairs starting soon. I had great confidence in him from the moment we met.

Paul, the owner, called me the same day I submitted my email and was out at my house the next day! Friendly, on time for appointment, shared his knowledge of the problem and how to fix the issue. Paul was professional and did a marvelous job finding a leak on a private street, complicated problem. He pinpointed the leak in less than 2 hours on a very long line with numerous shutoffs. I was impressed with his problem solving skills and ability to keep us informed of the rational for the various tests. I would recommend him highly.

Had water leak somewhere between meter and house. Big one. Called Paul Advanced Leak Detection Wed. 6-1-22. He returned my call later in the day. Scheduled appt. for Thur. 6-2-22 2 pm. He was right on time. Within an hour and a half he isolated it. Pin point accuracy right near the foundation. Blue Flag Marks the Spot. Thank you Paul. 3 Mt's Plumbing was out Friday at 11:30 and repaired leak by 4:15 pm

He found my water main leak in about an 1hr , Great job , the cost was worth it, I was close to finding the leak on the wrong pipe and was contemplating a large dig which that included removal a cobblestone walkway , after looking at how much I was going to dig , I made the call & happy i did , Thanks again Dave, Milwaukie Or
