Bob has helped us out twice now and it's been a great experience both times. Last week we called and left a message about leaking water under our sink and he was out the next day to take a look. He took the time to talk to me about what he was seeing, give us options for replacing our faucet as well as his base rate for installation, and also shared some recommendations on who to reach out to for water damage assessment as we'll likely have to address some issues caused by the leak. It was really nice chatting with Bob and he got everything all fixed up in no time at all! We were/are so grateful.

Bob's been my plumber since moving into the area. He's really thorough and willing to talk things over text or the phone to see it's something I can DIY at home. Pricing is really fair and his advice to me about various things plumbing since moving has been priceless.

Bob is awesome. He came right out when our basement flooded and fixed our sump pump problem. Even found other issues with our old house plumbing while he was at it. When a new line had an issue on a Friday evening at 8pm, he came right over to address it. I highly recommend Bob Nichols Plumbing.

We moved into our West Linn home just over a year ago and we have had Bob with Nichols Plumbing out 3 times for 3 separate issues. Each time he was very responsive, especially for one plumbing emergency. Bob is very knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. On his most recent visit he replaced our hot water tank with a nice 75-gallon tank. It is nice, our family has yet to run out of hot water. This guy is amazing. I tried to replace my bathtub spout and botched it. Gave Bob a call and he worked me in to his busy schedule. Same day repair!!! Excellent price. Had a good conversation with him. Extremely professional, the job was done quickly. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you!!

Bob is a true professional, quick, honest and accessible. We noticed that our water bill tripled out of nowhere , we called Bob to come by and diagnose the issue, he was flexible and made us feel like a top priority. He had our leak fixed quickly and at a phenomenal rate. We live in Oregon City and will only be working with Nichols Plumbing moving forward.
