Oregon Plumbing

I am delinquent in writing this, but it does not take away from the excellent work that Josh and his team provided in bringing my home back to functionality. He was extremely responsive and was able to show up on very short notice after the freeze last January. After attempting to resolve the broken pipe, which rapidly turned into, multiple broken (frozen) pipes, he determined appropriately that the entire house had to be re-piped. He assisted us in getting what the insurance company needed in order to quickly assure payments from them and with all the correct documentation. He was great to work with, timely every day in showing up over several days and worked under very unpleasant and cold conditions to fix all the piping. Each day after he left, the worksite was clean and we were able to move around within the house without issue. he is polite, good natured a genuinely nice person. I really cannot say enough good things about the work he did or the manner in which he did it. I would like to further call out Kelly who runs the phones and other aspects for Oregon Plumbing. She is wonderful!! Always on top of things and helpful in every way! I highly recommend Oregon Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work! Great people and great results!!

Josh and Felipe did an amazing job with a whole house repipe with PEX, 2 bathroom remodels and a water heater replacement. All the weird, sketchy things the previous owner did, they made right and better looking. Despite the obstacles of working with an older house, they rearranged plumbing and made things work exactly how I wanted it and I can’t be happier. Not only that, they did all of the work within the timeline they estimated and they actually clean up after themselves. They are quick to respond and were flexible with my schedule, highly recommend.

We have used several local plumbing companies during various stages of remodeling and Oregon Plumbing is by far the best experience we’ve had. On time, great communication, competitive pricing, and professional. Josh is friendly, asked questions to make sure he clearly understood the project, and he went over everything at the end, including where to access plumbing for future stages of remodeling. He also took the time to cleverly dig out and repair some drain pipe where nails had been shot through (yikes!). Top notch service. We’ll definitely call Oregon Plumbing again.

Our old water heater was leaking and bulging. I reached out to Oregon Plumbing to received a quote and Kelli got one to me almost immediately. I just provided a couple pictures of the existing unit. Being a prudent homeowner I reached out to several other companies. Some of them require an onsite visit to even provide an estimate. I was able to get some verbal estimates from the other companies but no firm quotes. Oregon Plumbing was able to come out immediately even though I wasn't desperate. Josh showed up and had the water heater replaced very quickly (it was very accessible in the garage). While I could have done it myself it wouldn't have been as nice as what Josh did. His workmanship was impeccable. He even spent extra time rerouting the drain pipe so it was "perfect". I was very impressed.

Josh is absolutely amazing. I contacted him and he was at our house within 24 hours. We had a difficult situation with our bathtub faucets and he quickly fixed the issue and we are back in business. In my 67 years I've used a lot of plumbers but Josh is absolutely the best and most efficient plumber I've ever worked with. We are now customers for life. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

By far one of, if not the, best contractor I’ve ever used. Oregon Plumbing is extremely knowledgeable, timely, and professional. We needed a big plumbing project done, and I wanted to ensure it was done right. With them, I never had to worry. They were always willing to answer my questions, and put my mind at ease. We were recently impacted by the Portland storms, and I can't fully capture how amazing Kelli and Josh were during such a stressful time. I was literally dealing with water flooding our kitchen and bathroom while texting Kelli, and she was very supportive through that stressful scenario along with discussing quotes and the work to get the pipes fixed. Josh came out and took very thorough photos, hung onto the broken pipes so that the details could be sent/saved for insurance if needed, and was very thorough in his work and recommendations for next steps.
