Thank you to Newport Plumbing for another job well done at our home. John S was our plumber this time, he did a fantastic job replacing our kitchen faucet with our new Moen fixture, a new drain set up in one of our bathrooms, plus replacing an outdoor hose bib for us. John S was polite, worked very quickly, and left a clean jobsite. We had not asked for the bathroom drain fix when requesting the appointment, but he said he could fix it quickly and had the parts on the truck with him! We highly recommend Newport Plumbing in Newport, on the Oregon Coast. We will use them next time we need them and recommend them to family, friends, and clients.

Newport plumbing did a fantastic job. From Scott coordinating everything and working with our schedules and the bad weather. To John coming out and replacing a lot of old copper pipe that was leaking and installing some external shutoff valves. This new setup makes everything so much nicer. Great customer service from both of them. John was very professional and made sure we knew exactly what he did and how it will all flow. We highly recommend them.

We just had John in to fix two leaks, in and out in an hour, he was on time. Fixed it right up and a super nice guy! Can’t ask for much more than that!

I was able to get my drain flipper thing and the plate that goes with it for my bathtub replaced with a new one. The person they sent me (I believe his name was John) was polite, quick and even taught me how the drain flipper thing works. He also gave me a discount! Him and the guy he was with were very professional and they showed up within the time they said they could show up! He also told me that they are very busy this time of year and have basically been since more people are home because of the pandemic.

Kudos to Newport Plumbing! After a challenging series of no-shows with a competitor, we contacted Scott at Newport Plumbing last Friday with our need for a new kitchen faucet. Scott scheduled us for Tuesday @ 9am, and John, a very skilled plumber, was promptly there and installed our faucet. SO thankful for both Scott & John's professionalism!! We will be contacting them again should the need arise.

Just want to thank you again for installing our new shower. It is even better than I'd anticipated, wish we'd done it sooner. Plumbers, installation crew, carpenters all did a wonderful job And now I have an add-on: This Friday afternoon, our first really sunny weekend ahead, one of the plumbers took time to come to our house & fix a stubborn clogged toilet before he went home. I didn't get his name but we appreciate him enormously.

We needed some work done to finish out bathroom remodel. Newport Plumbing was able to respond and get a guy out to us quickly. He was professional, polite, and did a great job!
