Richard came out about an hour after I called. Our well pump froze up and needed to be replaced. I didn't think that he would have time to do it that day. It was Friday at 3:30. He and his coworker pulled and replaced the pump. Richard came back on Saturday and brought a new tank and box. He got everything done. My husband and I are happy. We would highly recommend Costal Range Water Inc to anyone who needs work done on their well. Would have given more than 5 stars if I could.

Twice I have needed emergency service from a plumber on a weekend and Coastal Range came through both times. Fast service, fair prices. I highly recommend for all your well service and repair needs.

Words do not even touch how grateful we are for Coastal’s prompt response today with an electrical problem to our barn and subsequently causing our water pump to fail. After calling 8 electricians not available, Andy was here within the hour, amidst a full day. Then even came back in the evening with Richard to end up installing a new pump, in the dark, 200 plus feet deep, in the dark and rain! We have livestock and our water is our lifeline. I recommend Coastal Water for their professionalism, quality of service, and their absolute generosity and kindness hands down.

I love these guys!!! I have used them twice so far, and both times they came quickly to address my issues, diagnosed the problem and completed the work efficiently! They are conscientious, and explained everything they were doing. I would highly recommend them!!

Our well often supplies water slower in late August, so I spoke with Sarah, who understood the issues and then Andy visited the site to go over options. Everything was completed as scheduled and now we have a huge reserve water storage tank connected with safety switches as part of our water system. I asked for a frost free hydrant near the pump house as well. Professionally done: gravel brought to level and support the tank, electrical systems connected, and the mud, etc from digging all cleaned up. The other favorable reviews I relied on are consistent with our experience!

During the recent ice storm, our holding tank froze. My husband called Coastal Water on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised when Andy returned the call about ten minutes later; Andy said he was in Alvadore and would stop at our house in Elmira on his way home. When Andy arrived later, he worked about 20 minutes and the problem was solved. Andy's team also responded to my mother's property (she's 82) last summer due to a leak that we could not find somewhere between her holding tank and house. They worked in the heat until the problem was solved and resolved. We've worked with them a number of other times as well and they are always professional, prompt and know exactly what to do. Coastal Range water Inc. Provided excellent customer service for our well pump issue. We were told by a local pump specialist that due to the location and type of well that we had, the pump could not be pulled and that we needed to have a new well drilled. After explaining our situation to the well driller, he very kindly called Andy from Coastal Range who contacted me promptly the very next day and made an appointment to check it out. Andy and his assistant had the old pump pulled in under two hours and stated he would be back the next day and we would have water by that evening. And we did! Andy worked with us in between jobs I could not be happier! I recommend Coastal Range Water Inc. 100%. Unquestionably a five-star review!
