Aqua-Tech should be your first choice for annual Backflow Services. They put you on a calendar system and call every year at same time. Flexible on arrival hours if needed. Prompt, very friendly service every year for so many. I wish all my contractors were this amazing and reliable.

CJ went beyond the call of duty. I needed an estimate for a whole house filtration system and when he looked at the well log was concerned about the flo rate so did a flo test to be sure the well was pumping enough gallons per minute. He has a great reputation with Realtors in our area. His has great ethics is honest and does a wonderful job. His prices are very good.

I have yet to read the other reviews, but I saw the low star rating. I suppose I don’t even have to look at the other reviews; it does leave me a little baffled. We had to have a backflow test for our sprinkler system per the city of Gresham. We thought we didn’t have to have one due to the sprinkler system not being in use nor being active for probably a decade (as we purchased this home from a previous owner within a year). Regardless, in order to avoid a hefty fine and our water turned off, we called this company. They came out within a few hours. They completed the test. I thought my husband paid, he had not. A month later we received an I nvoice saying we still owed the money. They came out and helped us out even though they received no funds immediately after the service. To me, that’s a pretty big deal. I would definitely use them again.

This company was recommended to me by a friend when I received a notice that the sprinkler system needed to be checked. That was ten years ago. I get a reminder call every year, the system is checked, and a letter is sent to the water company. Very professional, responsible, and fast service. I highly recommend Aqua-Tech.
