This company is fantastic to work with! Clear and prompt communication, convenient text messaging day of service, skilled and honest plumbers on staff. Jaime helped us with a leaking seal in our toilet, he was friendly and fully explained the issue as well as what needed to be done to remedy the issue. I'd recommend him and Black Cat Plumbing to anyone.

Love, love, love, Black Cat Plumbing. They have re-piped a house for me and installed a tankless water heater. Both times they were extremely professional, great communicators and did awesome work. Even the city inspector told me "this is perfect" for the water heater install.

Black Cat Plumbing was able to replace a completely broken shower faucet within two days, after I removed a few tiles, and they only had to open the shower wall slightly to make the repair. I highly recommend them!

Mike was communicative and able to send someone within a week. Anna did an efficient job with my several leaky faucets, replacement of laundry tub and kitchen garbage disposal. She also didn’t mind all my curious questions. Will definitely ask for Anna again!

Black Cat Plumbing is great. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and efficient. Nobody likes facing expensive plumbing issues, but I felt like they made it easier to handle. Jake is a rockstar. My shower drain had a hole that had been leaking into the crawl space. I asked Jake if I could venture under the house with him to get a good look and so he could show me what we were dealing with. Not only did he mind it, he encouraged me to go with him. In doing so I felt very confident in his knowledge and ability. Showing me firsthand and in real time was awesome. He answered all of my questions and shared practical information I wasn't previously aware of. Jake is an excellent communicator. He kept me in the loop and explained the ins and outs of anything that came up while doing the work. Eddie was also helpful, polite and professional. Filipe was quick in putting together an estimate and answered all of my questions. His correspondence was timely and informative. I'm happy with the estimate for everything they've been able to accomplish. The payment process was also made effortless by Chrissy who was polite and accommodating.
