Caliber helped us out of a nightmare when our plumbing backed up. They cleared two lines to the septic tank but the problem was not resolved. Then they dug the lid up on the tank to verify it was not draining so we knew the cause and could call a septic company. Barry was especially conscientious and helpful.

During the last snow storm my water heater went out. I contacted many plumbing companies that were all telling me that they couldn't make it out to my house for 3-5 days. I contacted Caliber Plumbing and spoke with Kevin. He was so nice and helpful and was able to provide me step by step directions over the phone on how to re-light my water heater within minutes. Kevin went out of his way to help me and my family during the worst possible time. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team for any services.

I’m not one to spend time to write a review. However, caliber deserves this one and five stars. I’ve had multiple company’s out and they have all told me I have to replace my hvac system as it’s 18 years old. I called caliber and talked to Ed. He clearly explained the pricing and travel time. Robert came out and evaluated my system. He was very honest and respectful. He told me a part was bad but he could get me up and running. The part was $35.00!! He also let me know my unit was older but I should get at least another year out of it. Thank you again caliber! At least now I can save up for a new replacement and I will be definitely calling you guys back.
