We had wonderful service start to finish and all with very good people. First I called in the morning and Cornel was able to schedule same day service! Our whole system HVAC review by Dan and quote by Mico was professional and explained options for both repair and/or replacement. We went into the process knowing a replacement was needed but we appreciated the existing unit review. Then Cornel was able to schedule the whole HVAC system replacement for two days later. Installation by Edgar and Gus (later joined by Brady for a quick hour to help) were fabulous, very careful, and professional. In some reviews I read the pricing was mentioned as being higher. That may be but in our opinion it's not out of line and this is a family owned company (which we prefer to support locally) using good craftspeople.

Thomas did a great job! He was nice, considerate and explained things well. He was fast and dis his best to provide options. We had a faucet leak that became a steady flow, the water would not turn off using the intake valve and it sprayed everywhere. So he replaced the faucet and the valves and matched the other fixtures. He also helped troubleshoot an issue with my kitchen. Thanks so much!!

Our water heater failed and we called Cornel’s Plumbing in the evening. They managed to get us into the schedule the very next day. Turns out our unit was very old (18 years) and needed replacement. Our tech, Jake, explained the whole process and what the cost would be. He then had the old unit out and the new unit installed in about an hour and a half. Jake did a great job on the install including strapping it to the wall. He also showed me how to purge the heater once a year to help it have a long life. Jake was very personable and skilled and took great care around our home. We highly recommend Cornel’s Plumbing.

I had a very positive experience with Cornel’s Plumbing, especially with Jake who worked on my plumbing. I called Cornel’s about a leaking shower drain and they sent Jake out in two days which was great since I thought it might take another week or so. Jake talked about checking my other shower drain which he found was in good condition. I also asked him to inspect my old, failing water heater. I decided to replace it, too. Jake called the office, then told me he could do both the same day. He was done in a few hours, using high-quality materials and everything is working great. My wife loves having lots of hot water for her baths. Jake was personable and easy to talk to about issues and options. His explanations were very thorough and clear about the drain replacement and the water heater features. When he finished the job he explained the water heater operation and future maintenance to me. Though rather expensive, I’m confident the work Jake did will last a long time and I’ll definitely call Cornel’s for any future issues.

Jake did such a wonderful and amazing job. He was courteous, insightful, and incredibly nice. He gave sincere advice and did not try pressure us into things. He is a fantastic service provider and he really goes above and beyond to make the customer feel heard and understood. He explains everything in detail and really makes you feel happy about the service provided.

First, it was very easy to get an appointment with Cornel’s and scheduling team was amazing! Then, the tech person Dan who did the inspection of our HVAC system today was super knowledgeable, very respectful and he clarified all our concerns, doubts about the health report of our HVAC system. He was very punctual on time which is very important thing for any customer. His inspection report and his recommendations looked very logical and genuine to us. So, if we need to rate his overall service, knowledge, we will give 100% marks! Thanks to Cornel’s team for your visit in such a short wait period.

Cornel’s came to check on the condition of our almost 20 year old home gas furnace. They let us know that carbon monoxide was being produced,so important to replace right away. They helped with electric heaters to keep us warm until a more reliable Daikin Modulating high efficiency model could be installed. The team was helpful in explaining options and getting the heat back on. Thanks Dan, Michael, Samuel Benjamin and others!

I had a very positive experience with Thomas M. and my gas water heater installation. I now know much more about my new water heater than I did about my old one. He was prompt, polite, and explained things very well. He gave me a heads up when things would happen, such as when the water would be turned off to the house. The area was left better than it was before his arrival. I wish all service folks could be so thorough and thoughtful.
