When they returned the following day, they successfully fixed the issue and took the time to show me what they had done. I was so impressed with their initial service that I'm planning to schedule them for additional plumbing work. It's clear that the new management is committed to providing exceptional service.

Collins Brothers Plumbing & Electric LLC really goes the extra mile. They sent out grant on a Saturday to provide me with a quote for a fresh hot water heater and a separate leak. The rates were fair and grant was friendly. They managed to slot me into their schedule without delay and grant also addressed all my queries. Being the kind of person that has many questions, I found this very helpful. He even took the time to demonstrate how to shut off the gas in a crisis situation, something I wasn't familiar with as i've never lived in a building with gas before. I don't have enough good things to say about this Portland based plumbing company.

Superb, skilled, and remarkable work ethic. They showed up and had to swap out my sewer line to the Portland main. A hitch popped up, which I expected with this house, but was explained to me by Brandon and the job got done.
