The responsiveness and speed of service from Collins Brothers Plumbing & Electric LLC were fantastic. They were even able to dispatch Grant, one of their plumbers, to my place in Portland on Thanksgiving within a few hours. Grant located the issue swiftly but didn't have the necessary supplies to fix it right away, so he made a temporary amendment until the next day. When they returned the following day, they successfully fixed the issue and took the time to show me what they had done. I was so impressed with their initial service that I'm planning to schedule them for additional plumbing work. It's clear that the new management is committed to providing exceptional service.
