I’ve used Steve Ackerman since 2015. He and his dad used to have their own business, but that became too much work. Steve moved to a place in Beaverton but that company went out of business. He is now at Crown Plumbing. He’s kept in touch with me all these years. I’m so glad I have Steve for my plumber as he is super good, does fantastic work, cares about the customers and their pockets. He’s not afraid to point something out that might also needs repair but will not push. Fortunately he’s younger than me so I won’t have to work with anyone else. I had a new water heater, insta hot installed and he repaired the pipes under the sink and put in a new garbage disposal. This was my mom’s Christmas present.

The team at Crown Plumbing have been wonderful to work with over the last several years. Rick has been our main point of contact, delivering consistently excellent service to us on multiple properties. Services rendered have been from small jobs, clean outs, to new main lines and entire house plumbing remodeling. They’ve been able to do everything. A few other names to mention, Dwayne, Darian, Steven, and others that I can’t recall at the moment have done wonderful services for us. He then found a new potential problem, and replaced the old part saving us time and expense at a later date. Steven A. was able to determine why we had water in our crawl space and made the necessary repairs. A construction flaw led to water backing up into the crawl space through the mechanism designed to allow an outflow of water should flooding occur (not likely at my location). This would happen during severe downpours at the confluence of downspouts drainage which was built too close to the foundation. Steven was extremely patient in explaining the problem he found and his proposed solution. The work is all done now so we can proceed with other maintenance. Cade worked hard in the cold and wet, digging and backfilling to gain access to the pipes. Both individuals were very professional and friendly, doing their respective jobs with good cheer and abundant skill. We have enjoyed Steven’s experience and seemingly unlimited knowledge on a number of occasions so I would recommend Crown Plumbing to any homeowner wanting “the best” in plumbing repairs/installations.

We had a major blockage issue in our basement, which had been remodeled as a complete living space. Unfortunately, the drain pipes are cast iron and the damage extended through 4 sections of the living space: kitchen, under stairs, utility room and bathroom. Steven detected the lay of the pipe, developed a solution to replace the damage and organized the scheduling with Slab Works, the concrete company. They did a clean and fantastic job breaking through the concrete and replacing it with fresh concrete after the plumbing work was completed. Steven did an incredible job replacing pipe, making sure it was up to code and, after discussing many small improvements, he made our house's plumbing not only function better, but looked better. We added new shut-off valves, water heater, floor drain and utility sink. I can't say enough about how beautiful the improvements made, both functional and cosmetically. Thank you Steven and your crew for quick and incredible work!

Steven from Crown Plumbing, trouble shot a leak from our wall hung toilet and after a lot of research found replacement parts and repaired and reset the toilet. The job was tricky because the unit was from Australia and over 10 years old. I appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness and the extra time he put into getting the right parts and information. Highly recommended.
