Amazing work! Frank went above and beyond and even helped us with our toilet issue! Scheduling was fast and easy and the work he did was superior! Would definitely rehire and recommend to anyone needing help with installing a sink.

100% would use this company again and recommend to others! From the friendly reception/scheduling staff who was able to get somebody out same day to the awesome technician (KHEIGAN HAMPTON), I had nothing but an amazing experience. I used another company to resolve a clogged drain, which resulted in a broken pipe. This was a difficult fix given there was no clear access to the pipe for an easy fix. Kheigan listened to my unconventional idea to instead open the back of my house and this made all the difference. I’m replacing the siding as a project early next year, so I was not concerned with this minor inconvenience. Keegan was very mindful to not damage the existing siding so I could put it back up until the replacement project begins. Thank you so much for the good experience and a relatively easy, quick fix.

Twas the night before Christmas… and no toilet in the house. Ozzy came to the rescue! He came in & fixed our phalange & installed our new beautiful toilet. He was very detailed & took his time to install our new toilet. We are so happy with Ozzy, we will be signing up for a preventative maintenance plan.

Edited: After leaving this review I received a call from D&F and they refunded my deposit. Need a drain snaked. D&F: $850 3 Mountain Plumbing: $59 D&F is a scam, they want your deposit. D&F hides their hourly fees until its too late to get your deposit back. I'll take down this review if you refund my $119 estimate fee. Summary: Unfortunately, my experience was very similar to a majority of reviewers. I called to book a plumber to come out and snake a floor drain. I have had this done before for no more than $200 and it took the last plumber from another company about 30 minutes to fix. I spoke with a representative at D&F over the phone and she informed me that they charged a $119 deposit to come inspect and once they give you an estimate for the job, the fee is waived. I asked for a rough job estimate for a snaked floor drain and she told me she could not even give me a general range. Much like other reviewers have experienced, once the tech was on the premises, he gave me the astronomical price of $850 to snake a drain. He told me they'd never snake a drain for anything under $700, so why didn’t the dispatcher share this over the phone? This is a scam. Call any other plumber! 3 Mountains Plumbing took one look at the drain and charged me $59 for the entire job same day. D&F are hoping you turn down their insanely high prices so they can take your $119 deposit and go scam the next person. They even suggest you shop around after they give you their crazy high price and have you locked in for the deposit fee. They absolutely are counting on you turning down the project amount so they can knock out more scam visits in the same day and collect deposits. Again, refund my deposit, I'll take down this review.

Be aware D&F Plumbing says they wave the $119.00 initial service fee if they proceed with the repair, but charge a $300 diagnostic fee (which they neglect to mention) in addition to the repair charge. They are qualified, professional and EXPENSIVE. The plumber Randy fixed the leak sufficiently. He diagnosed the leak in my home and he repaired it. He was professional and neat. The reason for only a two-star review is that for a total of two working hours (diagnosis & fix), the cost was $1,352. That's exorbitant! Addendum: Brad called after I posted my fair and diplomatic 3-star review saying he would try to rectify the $300 unwarranted charge. I never heard back from him. Instead my review received the rote reply of "thanks, we'll try to do better". This is why it is now a generous 2-star review. I would not recommend using this company.

I had a frustrating experience with D&F Plumbing. When they came out to inspect a leak at my multiplex, they saw that the water meter box was full of water but were unable to determine the source of the leak. Instead, they recommended a $500 leak detection service. However, when the leak detection specialist arrived, he told me I shouldn’t even proceed with the service because it wouldn’t be accurate—yet I was still charged $120 for each visit (240 total). Frustrated, I called American Leak Detection, and within five minutes, they found the issue. Their technician simply pumped out the water in the meter box, identified a leak spraying from the irrigation drain, shut off the double check, and resolved the issue. D&F should have done the same basic troubleshooting instead of wasting my time and money. The problem was straightforward, but their lack of thoroughness and problem-solving cost me unnecessary expenses. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

We had a water heater fail because of an internal leak two nights ago — Ricky was at our house the next morning, and he was amazing. He was consultative, expert, friendly, and he did an amazing job. Everyone should be so lucky to have Ricky!

Calvin did a great job, five stars for his competent work. He was friendly and explained everything. I had booked a morning appointment but after waiting all morning I was notified at 11:15am that they were behind schedule and would now arrive in the afternoon. I wish I’d known earlier so I could re-schedule the rest of my day, but once Calvin arrived, the work was done quickly and competently. I did cancel the second job I’d hoped to have him complete because the pricing was well beyond what I’d expected.
