We had a hot water line break in our crawl space under the house, and Lovett was an invaluable asset! They came out the next morning and assessed the situation and we had mitigation happening right away. Their quick actions helped save our home from further damage, their thorougness in documentation helped our insurance claim, and they were excellent communicators. I don't wish a disaster on any one, but if you happen to have one come your way, I can't recommend Lovett enough. They are rock stars!

The Lovett team, under Daniel Chesney's lead, was beyond quick, helpful and professional. Not only did they come out quickly and find the issue, but they took the time to communicate what was going on to my family the entire time. Everything was left as clean or cleaner than it had been before they arrived, and extra effort was put in so as to not damage or soil the walls, floors, or carpets while the clean-up was happening. They truly treated our home as if it were their own. Hands down most efficient and professional company I've ever interacted with. Thanks, Lovett!

Gary was phenomenal. We received a call from Lovett the night before to confirm, and from the moment he arrived (right on time), Gary was able to diagnose the issue, find the water cut-off (our property management is useless), work with us to get the water turned off to our unit, and fix the issue in no time. Turns out the rubber gasket on our hot water tap had broken apart, and the pieces needed to be extracted, and the gasket itself replaced. We can have hot showers again in our unit—and I learned a lot about plumbing too! I could not have been happier with our experience.

Lovett came out and knocked their work out of the park. Not an easy task, 36” x 12’ deep hole through solid rock… but they made it look easy! The driver / operator Pat was extremely professional and had our big name client confident in his work. Thanks Lovett !!

Chaz rocks!! He came to our apartment after hours when the sink and washing machine were leaking black dirty water that smelled like poop (I guess it was sulfur). It did take a long time to fix but that was to be expected, so if you’re reading this please don’t expect things to go fast, just be patient. He ended up leaving around 11 pm but he made sure to clean everything up before he left, even after myself and the property manager told him it wasn’t necessary. If you get Chaz as your plumber, guaranteed he will do a great job, plus he was very kind and thoughtful!

Thank you to Lovett for coming out same day to fix a leak in our kitchen wall! The plumber did a great job, was courteous and worked quickly too! What a relief and great experience! Would highly recommend them for all plumbing needs 👍🏻

Today after a job site spill onto a custom driveway, Lovett was able to send a vac-truck and crew out immediately and were at my site within an hour. Josh and Taylor were awesome. They both had great communication on where and when they were getting to me, they were super clean and efficient, and they did a great job at assessing not only how to clean up the spill but mitigate further and potentially prevent an even bigger mess with the cleanup. I've used Lovett for other projects over the years and their team just keeps impressing me. 5/5 with this company.
