This was my second water heater inspection with Sun Glow Heating. Jeff arrived shortly after 8:00 am (the "window" was 8 to 8:30 am) and began right away. He drained some of the water out so that he could hear the tank refilling. He checked the pilot light, and explained what each of the green lights meant - blinking, steady or off. The photo shows some residue, I believe it was calcification deposits and thankfully it's not rust. He was very professional, courteous and clearly a very dedicated Sun Glow technician. Thank you Jeff and the Sun Glow Heating Team!

Our technician, Nate, was absolutely wonderful! From the moment he walked in putting booties on his feet all the way to the end, he explained everything that was going on with our furnace. He even made some suggestions. He literally saved the day by telling me that our neighbors hose was spraying everywhere so he helped me with getting it off as to not cause flooding. I highly suggest Sun Glow.

The whole crew was very friendly, and Nathaniel was easygoing, explained things well, and clearly knew what he was up to. All in all recommend 👍
