Aire Serv of The Willamette

Aire Serv of The Willamette installed a furnace only 2 years ago and I have nothing but problems since. I have had to call them out every 2-3 months to have it fixed. Now they have informed me that they will no longer come out to fix it. It is still under warranty. Anyone that reads this don’t do business with them they not most of the even answer your calls or call you back. I had to go through this winter with no heat except a wood stove and cold air blowing constantly from the furnace mind you it got down below freezing.

Your technician was very courteous and professional. He went straight to work. He assessed the health of my heat pump and my heat/air unit inside. A good experience.

The company got to us quickly during all the heat, found a leak and determined we needed a new system. The owner didn’t charge us for the diagnostic visit and gave us an upgrade on the new system. Our tech, Armando, worked hard all day and didn’t leave our home until it was finished at 8:30 PM! He made sure our house was cooling before he left. He was kind, professional, and dedicated to the job.

I will never use your service again. $280 to rince off a filter in my sink is plain and simple a rip off you company shoud be finded and I will be making complaint to the BBB and my local government office of commerce. This company sucks

They showed up early and kindly waited until 10:00 am to do the service job. Friendly and good at what they do. Happy with our system.

Matthew and Hector showed up on time and completed the whole job quickly, efficiently, and professionally. It's the first time I've had a furnace replaced, as well as a thermostat and a return air vent cover. Everything went very well. Matthew also did a final walk thru and gave me some information about my system and some maintenance items to consider. Francisco was very helpful in selecting the furnace and other equipment, and setting up the timely installation. All in all it was a very good experience and I will continue to use Aire Serve of the Willamette for the foreseeable future. I have and will recommend them to all.

Worst company ever. Got a system installed. Their technicians could not properly install the the system. Owner had to fly from Texas after a month. Then they won't service the unit because they screwed up so bad. Worst customer service, owner, company. Use any other company for a better experience.
