DoneRite Plumbing

I needed a new sewer line. I invited two companies to bid on this project. The bid Done-Rite gave was about half the cost of the other bidder on this project, and they worked with me, showing me exactly where my current, messed up line was and what would be needed for the new line. (The other bidder acted as if I was just bothering him when he was working on the bid.) When I mentioned the two bidding companies to a friend, he recommended Done-Rite without reservation. (They've done a couple of projects for him.) And he was right. They are pleasant and professional, kept me informed at every step and are very organized about both the work and the scheduling. They had to do this work in mud and rain, and still did a great job. I can see why they get word-of-mouth recommendations. And now I know a good plumber to recommend. Can't ask for better service than these people gave!

A wonderful experience. Eric and Rafael were on time and ready to go. They are so efficient and professional that they were able to leave early both days. They were done in less than 2 days! I love my new walk-in shower. So much safer than getting out of a slippery tub at the age of 71!

Called DoneRite with an emergency leak on a holiday, and they were able to fit me right in. Jose was very professional, super nice, explained what he was going to do, gave an estimate, and cleaned everything up before he left. Definitely would recommend them and I will keep them in my phone for future projects or emergencies.

Done Rite and Justin are quick, efficient, have great communication and they guarantee their work! Done Rite is very customer focused - with text updates, a texted picture of the technician before arrival, shoe covers, and excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Done Rite to anyone.

I called DoneRite after I used compressed air to blow out a clog and wound up blowing the cap off of my sewer clean out. Oops... They were here within a few hours, cleaned out some tree roots, replaced the cap, and reinstalled my new toilet with a new ring (old house with weird plumbing) all within a few short hours. The plumber was personable, polite, and clean. I would definitely invite them into my home again, maybe next time a little sooner!

Had a few things that needed fixed and DonRite came out the same day and fixed everything! They were helpful on the phone, quick and attentive. I highly recommend them to do any of your plumbing needs!

Way over charged!!! I cant believe I trusted on them and their prices. I paid $2800 for a 40 gallon gas water heater tank and a hour of labor. Plus of one of the persons was like a 50’s and he justified the prices bc he would ‘suffer’ at his age he said being over his knees. He was rude talking back when I ask why other company told me just $1700. He answered: ‘well then go and do it with them’ instead of explain me why. And the same sir decide to tour my whole house looking around when the bathroom was in the same 2nd floor at his side and they drained the water. After I told him: ‘excuse me!! Another restroom is on the hallway, he back (continue looking and examining all my house) and said : oh yeah, yeah, just wanting to see something’. The other sir was very respectful but $1.100 overcharged is too much. I will never use them again!!!!

Had a clogged toilet - only one used by my disabled husband - and while I had been able to unclog myself in the past - couldn't get it this time. Called DoneRite who responded very quickly and got the job done right! Left clean and charged reasonable price. I know who I'm calling with any future plumbing issue!
