Aside from very expensive new toilet install charge, I found them a professional company. From the lady answering the phone (no annoying phone tree!) to the text reminders, messaging to confirm and update, to arrival, Eddy Evergreen Plumbing was great. The plumber was David Minner and he loves dogs. The bill was quite a bit more than I expected but he gave me a senior discount and was great about describing all processes for the project. I had a new toilet installed and he disposed of the old one as well so, that made up some of the high price for me. He cleaned as he went. Zero water mess and helped advise on several other things I asked about like bidets, water main turn off and senior safety bars. Thank you David! You’re the best. Photos before and after toilet replacement. After my review I looked up price at Lowe’s for same parts and toilet and it was $118 for the toilet and $38 for the new braided line. So, it looks like I was charged $969 for disposal of 6-year-old toilet and labor. Total charged $1125 to remove & dispose of an old toilet and replace with new one. As a disabled senior, That includes $59 “discount”. I’m not sure if this is the going rate or seriously if I was seriously over-charged.

Evergreen was able to get me on the schedule the very next day after I called them. The Evergreen employee, Terry, arrived on time, told me what he was going to do and how much I should expect to pay. He also kept me updated as to where he was in the process. He worked quickly and efficientlyand he completely met my expectations. It was a great service.

What a great experience having Peter help us out with a troublesome water heater pipe leak, on a rainy Wednesday evening, at 830 PM. Not only did the Evergreen after hours team make the effort to help us out (when no other “24/7” local plumbers would), we were immediately at ease with Peter’s demeanor and professionalism and skills. Careful and clean work and a solid repair within an hour. He also offered to check out the crawl space to make sure there no other hidden issues. It was well worth the investment. Peace of mind and great work. Evergreen is now our go to plumber for emergencies and future maintenance/updates. Thank you!

We are having to send a separate letter of appreciation to Evergreen since I cannot express the amount of satisfaction my wife and I have with this company in a short review. I will mention that we brought in Evergreen because of a continuous water meter spin and could not identify where the leak was coming from. We called two Plumbing businesses and Evergreen responded back and scheduled a tech for the same day. We never heard back from the other company and I’m glad we didn’t. I was so impressed with their level of expertise and professionalism that after a consultation we scheduled a complete re-pipe from Meter. I would like to thank the Team that worked on our project starting with Kayla, Stephanie, Jacob, Richard, Jason, Kyle, Chris, Grant, John & Jameson. They earned the title of Team with their clear communications and coordinated workmanship. Not only will I be calling them first for plumbing needs in the future I will be recommending them to friends and family if they ever have a need. I doubt they will be hearing from us for a while as they have a 25 year guarantee on their re-pipe work on leaks. Thanks Evergreen Team!

Worker arrived promptly and was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He did 15 minutes of work and replaced a “hose bib.” The total cost was $377. When asked to breakdown the cost they were unable to do so. Costs seem arbitrary and extremely inflated Edited in response to the owner: as I said above the serviceman was prompt. However this was not an emergency. We were just hoping to get resolution in a timely manner. Water was turned off by my husband in the interim as to not waste water. Our outdoor hose spigot was leaking. Again not an emergency just hoped there was an opening. I was told we would be charged $69 for the call but that would be deducted from the total, if services were performed. Again steep prices for small amount of service time and one replaced part. I was hoping for a transparent bill explaining the breakdown of costs. Just sharing my experience.

Worked with Will and Mason to get my water softner system updated in my home built in 1993. Will came out and did an indepth quote and inspection of all the areas that needed to be updated and fixed. Mason arrived the day of in fabulous spirits and worked really hard all day. Mason’s work is thorough, insulated, easy to understand, and cleanly done. Both Will and Mason were wonderful to chat with and both had no problem explaining anything they were doing and even showing/walking me through everything as it was happening. I had a chance to meet the owner Marv and found his assistance and communication top notch as well. His staff at the office were easy to work with and very friendly. I believe I was quoted fairly, received the best customer care, and have a brand new water conditioning system, water filtration system, newly plummed and insulated piping, and new shut off valves that are of the upmost quality. 100/10 would recommend and use again. Only using Evergreen from now on :)

Technician Jacob Harris arrived on time this morning. He had a great disposition. My husband and I genuinely enjoyed his visit. He is very knowledgeable of the plumbing industry and gave us good information of what we needed to take care of and what plumbing matters were of no concern. I would recommend this company to everyone. Should we need further assistance, I will call and request Jacob again. Thank you Evergreen Plumbing!
