Jet has a horrible lack of communication between there office staff and there techs. And there techs need to learn to properly recap an appointment and notate if a follow is needed. I had to have them come out 4 times to fix a heat pump for the problem to not be fixed. Then I had them come out to look at a mini split and they ran out of time before finding out what the problem was and told me someone would call to schedule a follow up, after a week and a half I decided to call got another tech out who ended up not having enough time either because of the type of appointment that was scheduled and he told me that the prior tech didn't even put what he did in his other notes. But the tech said that he would be coming back the following Monday (it was a Friday) he didn't come back. I have found a new hvac company. And id suggest no one waste your time with jet either.

Their employee left my medical garden unsecure to watch the dog guardian and destroy four of six of my medical marijuana plants. He is the only person that had access to this area. I’m a disabled veteran and not it’s gonna cost me thousands of dollars in medication that normally I would not have to pay and actually can’t pay. Their companies motto is they take responsibility of the truth is they take absolutely no responsibility for any actions to employees deal on one’s property. Be sure to take down again after destroying a disabled veterans medical marijuana Garden by leaving it unsecure. I would never trust this company in my house unless I was able to follow them and watch them 100% of the time.

Jet is right down the street from my house - like only about a mile away - so I contacted them for a few small electrical issues. I thought maybe they would be too big for my piddly little things -but not so! They have been super helpful and responsive. A couple of months back Tony replaced a wall heater and converted a fluorescent garage light fixture to LED. Today he came to replace my bathroom fan switch/timer. In the past I've dreaded calling for this type of thing because it seems like whenever something needs fixing in this old (1940s) house there's always some weird obstacle complicating matters. But not so with Tony - he gets the job done quickly and professionally and that's it! Nothing for me to worry about - just takes care of it and puts my mind at ease. He's also really nice and polite and patient with all of my questions :) I appreciate him so much! I haven't met Shawn, the electrical services manager, but I text him what I need and he's very responsive and gets me scheduled right away. I also had the pleasure of having Anthony help me with a breaker issue last winter when it was snowy and icy and I wasn't sure if I could get anyone to come. He had to come twice that day and was super helpful and also patient like Tony :) Thanks so much guys!! It's really a game changer to not be fearful and worried about having to call an electrician. You're the best :)

I had been using another company for my home HVAC service. Four months after having the other company do a full service on my system, my gas furnace started to trip and eventually stopped heating. During freezing temperatures none the less. The soonest the other company could come out to my house was a week and a half. When their technician showed up he just did a quick visual "inspection", told me what he thought the issue was and the options for solutions. None of which were less than thousands of dollars. They told me I would need to just replace my furnace and that I should do it before the following week because their prices were increasing 30%. Having newborn twin babies I absolutely needed my furnace to work and was in a little bit of a panic. The next day my furnace completely stopped working. I work for Jet and decided to see if the information I was receiving from the other company was accurate. Luckily Jet's maintenance department had a cancellation and was able to get someone out to my house that day. The technicians were on time, very polite, wore booties inside my house and actually took the time to do a thorough evaluation of my system by opening up my equipment, running it through it's paces to diagnose the issues and ended up saving me literally thousands of dollars!! I have always enjoyed working for Jet and now that I have experienced working with Jet as a customer I am pleased to say I work for an excellent company with excellent service!

I just want to take a few minutes to say how much I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of your tech Taylor (spelling?) with Jet Communications, Salem. I live in Hope Valley Resort in Turner, Oregon and he was out for my initial installation and setup, and then again today to troubleshoot an issue with my connectivity. Taylor really takes ownership and pride in his work and he is diligent in ensuring the customer understands the work he is doing and is left completely satisfied. From the minute he arrives, he conveys true empathy and concern for the customer, as well as an obvious interest in demonstrating company pride. If I didn't know better, I would think he is a stakeholder in the business. He treats the individual customer as if the company's success is valued and appreciated. If this young man were on undercover boss, he would be receiving a promotion as a trainer for the staff company wide. If all of your technicians operate with this amount of professionalism and customer focus, the entire Jet Communications division is to be commended as well. Thanks for an incredibly positive experience!

Needed a new toilet in one of our bathrooms. Called Wed afternoon and talked with Mike. He advised me on good models to buy and said it would be cheaper for me to buy it. By Thurs afternoon, had our new toilet installed. Installer (think name was Corey) very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Very happy with plumbing service done by Jet. Already use them for heating and a/c needs.

First time to use this company and they were fast and efficient. Employee Josh Bird was professional, shared his knowledge with my brand of heater and able to fix it within 2 hours of my call. There’s never a good time for your HVAC to fail especially on a Saturday with a forecast of snow and freezing temperatures this coming week. Thanks Josh for helping me out!
