Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Salem, OR

We had Colby from Mr. Rooter show up for our appointment and I just wanted to take the time to write to say that he was such a trustworthy, professional, communicative Vendor, he addressed my issues, was super thorough in his diagnosis and talked about our options. I never felt pressured to do the next steps and I really appreciated working with Colby. He was terrific. I will always call this company, Mr. Rooter is very credible and Professional and they are going to be first on my repair list. Good people!!

I had this company come out to repipe all my plumbing on their recommendation.. I paid over 12 grand to have this done..I wrote a bad review and took it down thinking they corrected the problem.. the problem was the plumber they sent out did everything and I thought it was good… then I-realized he did not connect my kitchen to the rest of the houses plumbing!!!! Hello how does a plumber overlook the kitchen!!! Their fix was a plastic pump outside my kitchen window they said that would be fine… now after having to call for the 3 rd time with issues with this pump I have reposted a review… I paid to have my plumbing done correctly am still paying on this bill… how do you explain a half ass pump in the front yard when you go to sell your house… I feel they should have correctly fixed their mistake.. that I am still paying for.. I’m seeking legal advice now.. please do your research and go with a company that has integrity and will own up and correctly fixed their mistakes

The plumber came out the same day. He was pleasant and professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I have used Mr. Rooter previously and they have always come the same day they were called. I very highly recommend them. They are top of the line!

Brett Brammer was the service person who came to resolve our plumbing issue. He is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I cannot say anything other than I am so thankful and impressed with how he solved our problem and took the time to explain things to us along the way. Absolute excellent person who provides top notch customer service.

Colby R. was our plumber for an all day emergency. He installed a cleanout during a miserable cold rainy day and was phenomenal. He explained his steps, the issue, the best solution and had a great attitude. He was professional and meticulous about keeping mud out of house (thank you!) and delivered great service. On a side note, during cold and flu season and just dealing with sewer I appreciated observing how many times he washed his hands diligently too. As I’m sure many plumbers have heard… I told him I hope to never need or see him again:) but it was a pleasure having him take care of our emergency and complete the repair. He went the extra mile to make sure I understood all steps and didn’t mind all my questions and follow up.

Me. Rooter was recommended to me for repair of a sewer belly, and it needed a fairly extensive open approach to dig into the pavement, sidewalk and yard to get the line regraded. Sean was amazing and expertly navigated the repair, was professional and friendly. I feel confident I went with and expert company.

Brett Brammer is an amazing employee he went above and beyond to help even though it was not part of his job he was completely up front and honest about pricing and what to expect as well as a surprise or two along the way which would only add to the cost. I love the fact he was honest got the job done and even went the extra mile come to find out there was a city blockage as well he called and there were out here before he left. I can't thank him enough for all his help give this guy a raise. Thank you again Brett

My project was a new sump pump in my crawl space. Mr. Rooter came and did everything in a very timely and efficient manner. Colby was the name of my plumber/technician, and he was very experienced and knowledgeable about sump pumps/crawl spaces in general. He was also very personable and helpful throughout the process, and the cost was way less than a few other companies that I had contacted re the same project. I feel fortunate that this project went off so well and that my plumber/technician was so great. My experience was very positive, and I will definitely hire Mr. Rooter ~ and request Colby by name ~ again.
