Aaron and Dave were extremely professional, helpful, and personable. They meticulously maintained safety standards regarding COVID-19. Masks and distance, even "booties" on the drain auger! They explained every step they were undertaking so I knew exactly what they were doing. I even reviewed the camera so they could show me, in detail, what and where the problems were. Very reasonable for the amount of work done. Got a surprise AARP discount. I will certainly trust them with any future plumbing needs. Can't put a price tag on excellent customer service! Maximum STARS to Aaron and Dave!

Our kitchen sink clogged on a Saturday, and Rescue Rooter responded almost at once. Their service was far and away the best we have ever had from any plumbers! The technician, Kesa, was not only delightful to work with, but he went to great lengths to make sure that the line was completely cleared. As the line has drained more and more slowly over the years, we have tried to get other plumbers to clear it, and were told (even by a large and very reputable company) that drains just get more and more slow over time and there was nothing to be done about it other than to replace the line. Kesa persevered, however, and based on the way it drains now, he got the line completely clean. We will never hire another plumber other than Rescue Rooter!

I called and asked specifically for a vacuum service and was placed on hold while they confirmed it. They refused to give me a quote over the phone on base pay per hour or any sort of information. When the tech showed up 4 hrs late, he told me they do not provide that type of service. They claim that if your not happen they will make it right. They told me there was nothing they could do about wasting my time and lieing to me.. and its not their problem. Not to mention then quotes me onsite $1200+ $289 an hour to clear a storm drain. What a joke. Do not call these guys .

First off....they are not local. This is actually located in Clackamas and they send someone out in your area. Two days I have waited. Yesterday we had to reschedule because the 12-4pm apt was going onto 530pm and nothing. Today was supposed to be a 9am (9-12 pocket) and I was just told because of the volume of texts, they will have to cancel my apt....are you fricken kidding me?!! The only reason they got 2 stars is because of the main office customer service was super friendly and informative. Im super annoyed and left with one non working toilet yet again today (3 days now), only one in a house of 4. Rediculouse!!!!

From my father, Sam: Wilson did a fantastic job and was neat and clean and was so kind and thoughtful. I’ve been telling all my friends about Wilson and what a great job he did and what nice guy he is.
