Salem Backflow Testing

We paid for our backflow after it was supposedly done in June. Now it is the end of August & we just received a notice of noncompliance from the City of Salem Public Works Department that our backflow has not been done. We noticed on previous reviews we are not the first to have this happen with this company. We will not be recommending this company & want others to beware.

Salem Backflow Testing, and Tammy specifically, was terrific to work with! We just purchased a home here in Salem and needed to have the account and invoice updated with our information and not the previous owners'. Tammy was super quick in her response time and incredibly nice and helpful. Especially being as we just moved across states and had no idea what backflow testing even was, it was really great to work with someone with such great customer service skills--it's hard to find that anymore these days! They also make it really straightforward on their invoice to contact and pay them, which is also 😚👌🏼--it's always so annoying when companies make it difficult or complicated to give them money. TL;DR If you need backflow testing in Salem, OR, we'd highly recommend these guys!

Last year after we paid, we got a request several months later that we owed. I sent her the screenshot of the Venmo transaction. Then this year "as a courtesy to avoid extra texts and calls" they took the liberty of testing us and billing us even after we already went with another conpany. Do not trust this shady business!

Tammy's service is really good. But after trying to call her several times to talk, she does not return my calls.

Tammy was very nice and talk about efficiency, wow! She was there the very next day and took care of my family.

These guys are awesome. They make annual testing a breeze, thank goodness because I forgot every year. 👍 highly recommend
