I had Salem Heating install a new ac unit. Mike B and Sterling A were fabulous. They were kind and knew their stuff. The unit was installed professionally and they cleaned up when they were done. I am glad they did not mind somme of my questions. Salem heating is great. Thank you so much.

Great company to work with. Pricing is very fair in my opinion, workmanship is top quality. I had them install a mini split unit about a year ago, they were timely, friendly, crews were clean and the work was fantastic. I’m a remodeling contractor by trade, had talked to another big name company that one of my neighbors used who was not happy and seen the work of a second company at another neighbors house that I was not pleased with. After the install they also serviced a preexisting outdoor unit and just recently came back to perform another service on the indoor unit of the preexisting system, once again pricing was very fair and they didn’t doddle or look for sales, addressed the issue, fixed it and moved along. I’ll continue to use them and you should to.

My heater went out last week. I called Salem Salem Heating And Sheet Metal to come fix it. Bob said he was really busy and couldn’t get me in until the next week. Bob was able to fit me in. Louis came over and checked out my heater. I needed a new part. The next day, Louis was back at around 2 o’clock and put the new part on and got it running. I just wanna give a big shout out to Bob and Louis at Salem Heating And Sheet Metal for Fitting me into their schedule on Thursday. I think Salem Heating And Sheet Metal are top notch. Had a great overall experience with this company. Scott was able to give us an estimate for adding central AC to our old 1930’s era house. His estimate was great because we had options from the bare minimum unit to the Cadillac unit in the Lennox line and he did a great job explaining the difference in the units. We chose the mid-tier unit that met all our needs but didn’t break the bank. Ed came out to do a measure up and was fast, efficient, and on time. He explained all the work that would be completed and even identified some minor preexisting issues with our furnace and filter setup that he offered to have fixed while the install was occurring. On day of installation, Mike and Rick showed up on time and got to work right away. We also had the electrical work done and their contract worker was also great and efficient. All the work was completed by the afternoon and we had working AC by lunchtime! All the work was done professionally and looks fantastic. When looking around, we did come across other companies that charged less, but we were happy to pay a bit more for high-quality work with high-quality equipment being installed. We couldn’t be more pleased and we highly recommend this company.

I worked with Scott for bids on a new install, and he was great to work with and knowledgeable. I also had a great experience with Bob in maintenance, who helped me do some over the phone troubleshooting. I would recommend giving SHSM a shot!

Great business when ready to purchase an HVAC • Energy Star Heating & Cooling unit that usually has rebates via tax credits. My Lennox Heat Pump/HVAC needed it's annual maintenance appointment and my neighbor referred me to Salem Heating & Sheet Metal. Not only are their service and repairs very professional and fast, but their prices, expertise and communication is very customer focused. For a premium experience with an efficient team, I give Salem Heating a 5-Star rating. Highly Recommend!
