This was the most smoothest installation of anything I’ve ever had installed in my home.. The technician was very friendly and really paid attention to detail. Showed us how to operate our system and they are working great. If I had to do this all over again I would hire Woodward heating to do this again for us.

Daniel and Shawn are outstanding in the work they do! They are both very professional and through! This is Daniel's second time here! In December we had a toilet back up which was accomplished in no time which led the toilet needing a reset which we suspected! They reset our toilet in a short amount of time and did a job well done! He spoke as if I was speaking to my brother (he seemed almost close to my age). We just had our new heat pump installed today. The technicians were very knowledgeable, thorough, and considerate. The installation was top notch and they went over everything after they finished. They also finished quicker than I anticipated. We are very satisfied with Woodward Heating, Air, and Plumping. A+ in our book.

HEAT COMING ON INTERMITTENTLY From speaking to Cory to arrange the appointment, to saying goodbye to Russ at the conclusion of the service, the customer care was exceptional. Cory was professional, and very caring; she made us an appointment for a mere two days after I called (which was in the late afternoon)! Russ was spot on time, friendly and professional, listened to what was happening, and went to work his magic on the furnace. He troubleshot thoroughly and narrowed down the problem and corrected it. No more problems with the heat coming on! But Russ let us know if we have problems in the next 30 days to give him a call. The pricing was competitive and good value for money for the service we received. We’re going to use them for some plumbing repairs in the next couple of months, and to service the A/C in the early summer. It’s so nice to find an affordable company that does excellent work. Thank you, Woodward!
