The team was incredibly responsive and professional, making sure to schedule a visit at a time that worked best for me. The plumbers who arrived, Derick, and Jared were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my leaking pipe and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that they took the time to walk me through the process, showing me exactly what needed to be done. I needed to update the toilets in my house to something a bit less "cloggy." I have had good luck with Toto Drake's in the past and have installed a few toilets myself but decided to hire experts this time given two upstairs toilets. I got bids from quite a few different plumbers in the area and 7 Pines Plumbing was one of a handful that sent a reasonable bid. Great communication and worked with me on my budget and we found a solution that kept me on budget. Jared was great. Personable, and professional. He was friendly to my two dogs, and we had a nice time chatting about a common passion for the outdoors. Overall I'm really pleased with the work done, and how quickly it was done. The toilets feel like a nice upgrade and so far so good. No clogs. Thank you guys for working with me and doing a great job. Its nice to have a good local plumber I can keep on speed dial.

This company is great! They were in contact with me the day of my appointment to make sure the address they had for me was correct. I don't remember the name of the tech that came to my house, but he was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything he was doing & what he was doing. And he cleaned up after himself. What more could a woman want?! It was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely call them if I need a plumber again. Plus, if any of my friends and/or family ever needs a plumber, I'll send to 7 Pines Plumbing. I'm one happy customer. 😁

7 Pines has come to the rescue of my business on several situations. Even helped out with a water leak on a Saturday! Replaced the plumbing in the whole business in 2023... they are definitely our go to people when it comes to our plumbing needs. Thank You 7 Pines, you guys ROCK!! 💪👍👍

I had them come out for what I thought was an issue with my shower. They quickly tested everything and to my surprise, told me everything was as it should be. If I could give them more stars I would. Honest and genuine. Will be calling them for all my future needs !!!
