Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain LLC

First time booking a plumber so I was not sure what to expect. We got an estimate and booked. Louis came at the expected hour between 11 am to 12 pm. He was very nice and professional. He took a look, asked questions and started working on our clogged sink. He had to go out to grab several tools. After an hour, our sink is unclogged. He gave me some tips on what could have caused the clog, how to prevent it in the future and went around to make sure everything else looks good. The price was the estimate and we get a 90 day guarantee. I feel very taken cared of as a customer. Thank you, Louis and Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain LLC!

We were keep informed of arrival time. He was friendly and explained what he needed to do and why. Told us what he found so we could try to prevent it happening again. Charged what we felt was a reasonable price.

Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain was referred to me by a plumber who couldn’t get me on the schedule fast enough, but wanted to be sure I was taken care of. Louis answered the phone and got my non-emergency call on the schedule ASAP. Not only was he friendly, polite and on time with great communication but he went out of his way to be sure I knew exactly what I was paying for, preventative measures I could do and left no mess behind. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and far better pricing than anyone with a name that rhymes with Shmoto-Shmooter which I’ve had here previously for the same issue with none of the information or care and also none of the, what I experience to be, price gouging. I will happily refer this company to anyone who asks and every client I have.

The professionalism & speedy work is very much appreciated. We're putting in a deck and needed drainage put in prior to the deck framing. I am so pleased with the work completed and coordination with my contractor. The job was completed timely keeping my project on target! If I could give 18 stars I would. My experience couldn't have been better. Professional, punctual and generous. Louis located my broken downspout drain and gave me options for repair, including how to fix it myself if I wanted to save money. They will be my first call when I'm looking for help in the future. Louis at Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain did a great job of cleaning out a simple clogged kitchen drain line. Unlike the corporate approach, he did not try to sell me additional services (and not needed). He simply; showed up the same day of my call, did the work, checked it carefully to ensure it drained, cleaned up and got paid. Period! He was good to talk to and had a good understanding of his field. I will recommend him and use him for his services on other properties.
