The best experience!! I haven’t had cold water to my shower for two years, and spent nearly 2k on three other large plumbing businesses in the area that tried to fix the issue, but no one could figure it out. Everyone just kept telling me it was a mixing valve/cartridge issue and would replace these things even after I told them this wasn’t the issue. One other company told me I’d need a whole new cold water line up to my third floor (but I didn’t, as my sinks had cold water). Not only did Casey and Daniel quickly figure out what was wrong, but they fixed it the same day and were so kind and pleasant. These guys are super knowledgeable and actually listened to me. The dispatcher - I believe Nicole - was so kind to me on the phone as well. I am thoroughly impressed with these plumbers and this company. Thank you so much!

Called Roth and got a furnace tune-up appointment the next day. Mike was very helpful identifying and fixing our furnace issue. He also spotted a possible electrical issue and quickly set us up with a follow up appointment. He communicates well and provides great customer service. Two days later Stephen arrived promptly to follow up and helped us improve the efficiency of the furnace and made the old system safer. He was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Roth in Sisters, OR has experienced employees who provide excellent customer service to the Sunriver area.

Amazing experience they saved me a lot of money and time, when nobody could figure out what was wrong with our AC they came out and handled the situation very professionally and efficiently 🙏 at a great price as well, from here on out we will only be using your services. After losing power at 17:30 the evening before it was very refreshing on a -11* morning to have Ian show up right on schedule and was absolutely professional in every way. He was confident, knowledgeable, and has an excellent communication style.

This company is Great! They're efficient, responsive, friendly And give Complimentary, No Cost-Assess/Consultations! Travis showed up on time, put covering over his shoes, very polite and informative... We checked everything thoroughly, took pics of job. He answered all of my questions and set up appts to proceed. This was all done in approx 30 min. Thank you Travis!

Elliot has done several jobs for us and just finished our last plumbing job of installing a stand alone tub and faucet. Amazing work and his professionalism and dedication to his work is shown in everything he does. His personality and work ethic is what you want and Roth has it. He cares about what he does from his work and what he does for Roth. It shows in all aspects of the company who he works for. The respect and employer to employee trust goes a long way. Ethan did a great job. My garage door was stuck and I was unable to get my car out. Called Thursday and he came out first thing Friday morning. Very pleased with quick service, professional and very qualified.
